5/18/2026 Purchased a new set of tires, went on vacation for…read more2 weeks, returned, and two days of driving, the rear tires kept losing pressure. I did not have any problems with pressure loss before purchasing tires from this company. The left rear tire kept dropping pressure to 10 on the first set of tires and required daily air refills. The tire had no nails and no rim issues. Took the car back for evaluation and this company could not find the problem. Had to ask the cashier for the corporate number, which she didn't know, and was reluctant to give and then at that time encountered a very rude manager, Ray who stated, "I'm corporate, what can I do for you?", I asked him to replace the rear tires since they could not find the problem. On 6/5/2026 the rear tires were replaced and on the following morning, the left rear tire continued to lose pressure and required daily air fills. Due to a lack of trust and lack of confidence in the work at this company, I took my car to a different Tire company for evaluation, and they immediately knew it was the stem valve. Ray, the manager at Bull's Dog, stated they had checked that out on my previous visits and did not see a problem. After paying this company a fee, I went back to collect my money from Bulldog Tires, and Mr. Ray, the manager, was very rude and unprofessional. Being a woman, and the kind of attitude and lack of sleep from the stress of the back and forth, I would not recommend buying tires there. They did not replace my stem caps on 6/5/26, They caused the stem valve issue. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Hills was referred to me by another shop, as someone with the ability to deal with this ( not a common issue, but, also not something a LOT of other tire shops can deal with ). I was both amazed at how fast it was, and how reasonable it was, to get this repaired. they let me know upfront there was a slight labor uptick, due to some extra effort/mechanical parts being involved, told me when it was ready, asked if i wanted to pick it up then, or leave it overnight ( was late in the afternoon ). I can say i am DONE with Sams Club tires.. you THINK u save money.. but.. no, not in the long run, which is when it counts and adds up. didnt mention the reason for the repair in the first place-- a nearly new tire i got from Sams, "came apart", on this rim. and when replaced, they screwed up the lugs, didnt mention it, and, i wasnt aware of it for months, until i tried to get the paid for tire rotation/balance done.. they couldnt get the wheel off.. so yea.. go with the PRO's.. and counter service/phone call/service people i spoke with-- all were more than courteous..
