I went to Tire Kingdom on Wickham Rd for an alignment, I was told that they gave it their best shot, but because I had some worn out parts it couldn't be aligned. So I paid the 140.00 and was told I could get it fixed and bring it back. So 3500.00 of parts and labor later I took it back and was "aligned again" the specs from the first and last "alignment" were spot on. They also broke my wheel lock socket. So would not recommend this place. read more

I would give this Tire Kingdom on Wickham Road a zero if I could rate it that low. In November 2024 I took my car to Tire Kingdom they told me that I needed rear brake rotors and pads I paid them over $500 to replace them. I continue to hear a squeaking grinding noise when I backed up I took my car back to them three times and each time they claimed that maybe the pads were no good and they said they replaced them to no avail the squeaking never did stop they said there was nothing else they could do about it. I also purchased my tires from them a tire was also purchased in November 2024 it was supposed to have road hazard protection on it today July 8th I took my car in because I had a puncture on one of the new tires they said there was no warranty on the tire and they would not repair it or replace it. They are the worst! I will never do business with them again. read more

The new Tire Kingdom (Mavis) declined to perform the warranty, I was told they would honor only one (1) of the tires - leaving me with three unmatched tires. Today I had an appointment with them at 2 pm, I arrived at 1:40pm I chose the 4 tires, and asked how long it would be ready my car had the key inside with the car turned on, when I returned at 3pm to my surprise my car was still outside and on, a great lack of consideration, I left because I needed to travel two more hours to do a job, I do not recommend this location for the change of your tires, I lost my time plus 1 hour of car on for nothing. read more

I purchased four new tires at tire Kingdom at 6200 North Wickham Rd. After two weeks, I noticed the tires were very loud and the traction in the rain was not very good. I contacted the store and brought the vehicle back the next day. They were so easy to work with and without any fight they replaced all four tires with a more expensive tire. I came and picked up the vehicle. I was told to charge was going to be a little over $100 more for the better tires. The manager handed me the keys and said you're all set. I zerod the balance out for you, Hopefully these tires will work. The tires are absolutely perfect. No more noise and there is traction in the rain. I went to this location because I had received such quick and friendly service a week or so ago, when all I needed was air in my tires. Unfortunately, today it was like a different place. I had called and spoken to to the girl at reception earlier, she consulted the mechanic and said "Come in at your convenience, he can pause the mustang and look at yours" I arrived and found a very rude young girl who used offensive language and took liberties with my car "revving the engine real good", after which, she told me I needed brakes and a tuneup, without mechanic's input, (my car was losing acceleration while I was driving) and there was "nothing wrong with the accelerator" . After some discussion during wich she used the f-word, she came back and told me "Sam can't do yours today because of New Years and stuff". I only gave 2 stars because of the first visit. I had my Honda Accord worked on here and had long term front end alignment contracts. They put on new shocks and did the rear brakes and front end alignment. They left the ball joint bolts loose on the front right wheel and the boot covers were left off allowing dirt to contaminate the joint. They put the brakes on upside down and backwards. The front right wheel could have came off. I have comments from Gator Chrysler and Honda stating the vehcile should not have been given back to me in an unsafe condition. Literally with a big bump in the road the front right wheel could have come completely off and the back brakes were not even making contact based on the way they tried to install it per the Hoda dealer. I am just glad I did not die as a result of this Tire Kingdom work. I will not go back here as a result, I would rather have a dealer do the job than die from the result of car repair work by unqualifed mechanics. I had to have everything they did completed again and it was more expensive, but at least I want die. Take a look at the photos and what Gator Chrysler and Honda said about the Tire Kingdom work at Suntree. I will never go there again...not even for tires. read more

It took me a few weeks to make this review, but I want to warn everyone. This business takes advantage of women. I went for an oil change, and asked them to check the alignment on my car (I had a 3 yr package and had just moved. I figured checking alignment after all the driving I had just done was a good idea) They refused to check my alignment, and gave me synthetic oil instead of conventional. I know my car. I have had it and taken care of it since I bought it in 2016. My brother is also a mechanic. He knows my car and exactly what it needs. He was simply unavailable when I needed this oil change and alignment check. I was charged for the synthetic oil and, again, they refused to check the alignment that I had already paid for. I dropped the car off alone, and was talked down to. Made to feel like an idiot, probably so the manager could meet his bottom line for sales that day. I should have taken my keys back and gone to Christian Brothers across the street. Hindsight is 20/20. I called my brother once they had my car and he drove two hours to be there with me when I picked up my car. My younger brother received nothing but respect, I received nothing but gaslighting and a bill for something I never asked for. My statement, "This car has never taken synthetic oil" was met with sneers and attitude. My brother repeated my words, "This car doesn't need synthetic," and he received a pat on the back for knowing so much about my car. It's a Corolla, not a sports car. Oh, and I only received a discount on that bill after my brother had said something. I will never return, and I properly flip this place off every time I drive by on my way to Christian Brothers. Don't give these misogynists your money or access to your vehicle. read more

I drive a lot of miles and did not keep up with rotations and had worn tires.. management advised me to have tires rotated every oil change which I knew but didn't do .. bought néw tires sumitumos 80k mile tires... cause the miles I drive...did all rotations balancing and alignment as advised... tires lasted 18k miles.. tire kingdom will warranty pro rated 104$ a tire for same tire... I wanted a better brand with warranty applied.. cause sumitumos didn't last for 80k the first time... they won't last 80k 2nd time...tire kingdom will not apply warranty to other brand to keep my loyalty.. I have 4 vehicles and will not go back... sadly I had a good relationship with manager but Corporate greed won over customer loyalty. Lost a customer with multiple vehicles... read more

I have used this place before where they quoted me a price and when it came time to pay the bill was a hundred dollars more, we were there the whole time and never notified of what the adjustment was. We paid and left and didn't give it too much thought. A day ago we called them for a quote on some repairs our car needed Jaun is who looked up the information and gave us a quote we thank him and said we were going to call around and get some other quotes then we called them back a hour later and ask again if the quote he gave was correct he stated yes and made us an appointment for today.. when we arrived the manager stated that the bill would be hundreds of dollars more than we were quoted and acted like we didn't have an appointment, when we explained that we were quoted this form juan and juan was standing there said yes that is what I quoted them, when he called the genre manager to explain the situation he stated to him that juan didn't remember right in front of us I spoke up and said that wasn't true juan just said he gave us that quote, then manager proceeded to tell genral manager he quoted them everything at cost.neeeless to say they didn't honor there word and refused to do at the cost juan quoted and acted like it was no big deal... the worst company policies ever we need to stop giving greedy companies are hard earned money because they don't care about thier customers.. Ridiculously slow. Even with an appointment, it took 5 hours just for a tire to be replaced, and wasn't called and updated like I was promised. In addition, I had called the night before (when I made my appointment) and told them the type of tire I wanted, and they told me that they had it and would save it for me. When I got there, they said they didn't have it, and the only one they had was triple the price. I had to call them multiple times because they forgot we were on hold, just to get an estimate time on when it would be done. Based on the other reviews, I know I'm not alone. Had an appointment for an alignment which was $125. Showed me a bad tire so I purchased two at what I thought was a good price for the lowest tier tire. Final total cost came to $375. Wow....$250 for two cheap tires. Can you say ripped off? Not only that, but when I inspected all my tires, they put back on a tire with a nail in it. It was SO obvious too. One would assume that they looked them over. Just cannot trust them after that. I questioned them about the extra charges and why they just tacked on warranties and tire lifetime services without asking and notifying me first. Just didn't seem right. Well they gave me that back which was $35. Hard to believe they are so busy but guess it's because most people just don't know what things cost or don't question those charges. The workers are nice and customer service is good, but who cares if you feel taken advantage of? A customer was in there saying how their quoted price was twice that of another place in town. Over the phone quoted $240 set of 4 tire (whole deal), Once in the store $400, note was getting a wheel alignment and did indicate one bad tire at least. Indication after wheel align that all 4 tires are in very bad shape and possible danger ASAP. I told manager that I would like to think about it, since I have never heard of Epic tires Off course price reduced to $375, and they would give me $200 if I can find a better deal. Took back to store, they looked tire agreed it wasn't correct , then proceeded to tell me there were other people there ahead of me that I would have to wait, because I have nothing better to do than wait twice for something to get fixed. Next thing you know, an hour goes by and they have my car jacked up in the air and telling me I need my entire rear brakes, rotors, etc re-done and that it is a hazard for my car to be on the road. I HAD A RECEIPT IN MY DASH THAT SHOWS I JUST HAD ALL OF MY BRAKES DONE. They then played it off like it wasn't my car but someone else's and I told them to take my car down and get the oil change done. Finally finished it TWO hours later. Also, while I was in the waiting room, they kept coming in and telling EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that was there for a completely different service that ALL THESE OTHER HORRIBLE THINGS were wrong with their car.
