They double charged me on parts to the tune of about $1700, said they did work they didn't do, and did some work so poorly that the parts failed and could have killed me in a wreck as a result. I did get a refund for about 1/3 of the fraudulent charges after 2.5 months of back and forth with corpo office and only after threatening legal action. This place is not just a scam, it's unsafe. Avoid at all costs, or it could cost you all.

Oil changes anything like that they do a great job on. Now for the bad, I've been going there and getting my tires rotated for a while now. I even bought at least two of the tires there. Just last time I was told that they could not and would not rotate my tires because there's a date on there of a year and that they could no longer rotate anything more than five years old. I was real disappointed because this was going to be the last time they were rotated and then I was going to invest fairly soon in New tires from there. When I questioned why in all these terms that I've had them rotated nobody suggested that this would take place. I'm basically was told that this is possibly a new rule for the company. And it was most likely not dislocation's fault. So my suggestion? I will always recommend an oil change there. But I've kind of got a bad taste in my mouth now over the tires and the fact that I pretty much made the appointment and was pretty much to know because of something the company has decided. I promise for sure. I will continue going there for my oil changes because I would never ask for a better experience with oil changes.

I've had consistently great experiences with Tire Discounters on Campbell Station Road, Knoxville…read more They're just good people--honest, straightforward, and they actually look out for you. The last time I was there, the mechanic kept coming into the lobby to give me updates, explain what they were doing, and let me know how much longer it would be. That kind of communication and care is rare. What really stands out is that they're not trying to upsell or squeeze money out of you. They focus on doing solid work and taking care of their customers. In fact, every time I've been there, my final bill has come out lower than what they originally quoted--which never happens anywhere else. I was referred here through family, and now I see why most of their business comes from word of mouth. Once you go here, you don't really want to go anywhere else!

He said it was the starter. She jumped her car to drive it down there no problem. When John called the next day, he said they can't jump it even if it's in neutral. He said if she wants to take her car to get another opinion, she would have to get it towed. So she had it towed to the Honda dealer on parkside. The Honda dealer told her that the water splash plastic panel is missing from her car and the starter sensor is burnt out completely. When she called to Firestone and spoke to John about the water panel, he said he would put it back. Then when she personally stopped down there, another man that worked there said he never had the water panel, never saw it and they don't steal! When we jumped her car before taking it down there, the water panel was clearly in tact. This place is shady and when they found out she didn't want the work done there, they purposely broke the starter and stole her water panel. Beware of these criminals. They took advantage of this old lady and were smiling and laughing when she went down there to ask questions. Them breaking her car, cost her over $2,000 At the Honda dealership. This Firestone was convenient to her home and she wanted to keep her business local, but what a joke! She will be contacting corporate and filing a police report for the stolen water panel. If it has to go to civil court over $500, she will prosecute. Hopefully, they can reach out to her and find her "missing" water panel before garage day on Friday. This is bad business and taking advantage of the elderly. I'm fuming mad for my lovely neighbor.

I searched the internet and found out it might be the (EATC) the electronic dash controller so I purchased one an replaced it myself, well that let it work for a few days. So I'm back to square 1, so I found out it could be the Blend door actuator, this Item opens and closes the doors under the dash that adjust the Climate Control in the Car, basically the AC/Heater settings so once again I order the part and find out how to change it out on the internet. 2 days of pulling the dash apart and got it done. Great ! AC for a few more days Bang it goes Hot again NO AC so after this I was totally stumped so for course I had to wait a bit and put it in the Shop so I took it to a local reputable shop and they Found a leak in my Upper AC hose, so they fix it but the only thing was it took them 10 days to get the hose because of Part supply chain issues, but they got it fixed a recharged Yay!! Right ? Wrong 10 days later it just starts blowing hot again. At this point I'm like Bull%^*&, and a couple more *&^%^%^. So I took it back to the shop the said they were stumped too. I had told them I changed the Blend door not long before I brought it to them, so they didn't check that again and they told me to take to another shop or the dealer that might have a better Idea about what was going on with the AC. So of course I was looking for to spending the Money I knew was going to be alot, mainly because the whole dash was gonna have to be removed to get to the core of the problem. OK here is were my actual review starts, I start looking for a few places that specialize in Auto AC but most of them were miles away in Knoxville so I was a little disappointed the next day I got a coupon card in the Mail from CarFix auto repair in Maryville so I looked it over and called them. I was Professionally Greeted by Cade Larkin one of the service writers there he was very helpful and encourage me to bring it to them. And he said they would find out what the problem was, so I told him I would be there the next Day. I was greeted quickly all of the crew there are very Professional. Cade took my key and the check out was being done, I was expecting it to be quick and I would just be on my way back home, still driving a hot car. Well they quickly found what the problem was, apparently...the blend door actuator had failed I guess it a common thing with some electronic parts. So I remembered how long it took me to change it the first time under the shade tree,, 2 Days sweating !!! So cade gave me and estimate and assured me it would be fixed and that the part would be under Warranty for 3 years and believe the labor was included in the Warranty for there service, so its like 95 degrees outside Id had enough of driving around in a hot car!! And I told Cade lets get it done, I told him I would wait a bit. He was very attentive he kept me informed of the progress. He told they could give ma shuttle ride home, but I ask if they had Loaner cars. He went out of his way to get one returned early for me. I had brought the car in around 9:30 am at the point that I left was about 12:45PM with the Loaner car. I was gonna do a few errands but decided to go home and get a Nap. At around 2pm I received a call from Cade telling me I could come get my Car!!!! The reason I tell my story is it was the Friday before the 4th of July weekend, this CarFix location was Great!!!! I asked if I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday (Easter Sunday) if he could get it done on Monday. He said yes. I explained that I would pick it up after work (3:00).Again he said it would be fine. I had a friend drop me off. On Monday I called around 1:00 to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Stephen told me it would be ready in a "couple of hours". I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude.
