I tried to ask a couple basic questions and essentially was made to feel dumb and uninformed. In fact I would consider myself very well informed about the transaction I was hoping to do with Don Johnson. I ended up leaving the dealership because I was bullied and belittled. I contacted the dealer later and when responding they took on a tone of passive aggressive anger while insulting my intelligence once again. No kidding if you live in Rice Like it is worth your time to travel south down 53 for that half hour to go to a real dealership. I did the very next day and my experience was nothing like it was at Don Johnson. I was treated with respect and made a great deal. No way would I deal with these folks at Don Johnson they do not put the customer first and instead seek to squeeze the customer and bully them into bad deals. Shame on you I will never return I will tell all my friends and I hope folks benefit from me taking the time to share my experience.
