There is no comparison between CCR towing and that other guy in Rice Lake! I just dealt with the…read morelesser of the two. He was pushy rude and took my car back to his yard rather than the scrap yard where I asked him to because "they weren't open yet" they opened at 8 they hooked up at 7:55. Of course before this he offered my wife who doesn't own the car $200 after looking under the car. So now, if we didn't accept his offer we would have to pay the tow bill x2 plus $30/ day to hold it there. The bill was revised to be for one tow. To be clear.... This was the other guy and NOT CCR towing... I paid these people in Pennies...no really... It felt great. Then I called CCR. OMG thank you CCR. They were there immediately, knew what to do and did it. Customer service still matters at CCR towing. They even swept up glass around the car before towing to the scrap yard (the surrounding area was littered with glass and little car pieces). Great job! Very happy!!
