Ms. Kim is amazing! I want to be honest and say that this is the absolute best service I have personally ever had at a tire shop! She was so lovely and fun and made everything so easy. At first we paid online and went to the place next door called discount tire. They humiliated my wife and son and said that they lug nut key on our Mercedes' wasn't the right one and were condescending and cruel. At a loss and being talked down to, we went HERE! Fast quality service, a local family owned business. Had a nail in my tire. Discount Tires next door was way too busy wait time probably over an hour plus. Stopped by Tire Capital which had no wait time - they patched up my tire quickly (10mins wait time tops) and still running well after 2months no air leak! Best part was the price! 5/5! read more

Purchased a tire from Kim on Saturday and it blew out Sunday called the next morning and was advised that I could bring in the tire, advised the owner that I'm from another state but I do come down and visit often can I bring the tire when I come back, was told yes. fast forward I came back into town took the tire in owner and worker looked at tire and said that it wasn't her tire that she writes the company name in it, I then pulled up bank, statement, showed videos and picture of vehicle on the side of rode and being towed owner still stated that it wasn't hers and that she wasn't going to do anything and walked off. I then advised that we could call the police, or I need a refund or another tire, as I'm looking in the tire, I see her name and date they received the tire on the inside and showed them both they both became speechless with a confused look on their face. I advised once again that I need a refund, another tire or we could call the police. after being there for at least 40 mins pleading my case and standing my ground, she then said OK I'll give you another tire. Please don't go here unless you really need a tire and inspect it before they put it on and look for date inside to see how long they've had it and if to long don't get unless really needed. read more

I took my sisters car in a few minutes ago because she has a low tire. She has a foster child and of course with any child needs to be careful traveling. She just bought a tire yesterday in Tampa and of course it's leaking air. I spoke to the owner of capital tire. She is very rude and more expensive than any other place for a new tire. If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't ! Horrible customer service to start off ! I called because my husband needed tires for his work truck ! She told me she's never heard of tire size and that she already spoke to my husband and told him the same thing which was a lie ! She didn't not speak to my husband ! 2nd off we had a worker go up there to grab tires for another work truck ! The price was for tires , mount and balance after she already took the money she said she can't balance the size tire and rim ! No where does it state that outside nor was explained to us ! Also she tried to charge 75 dollars for 2 valve stems ! RIP OFF ! And she wouldn't give us our money back when we tried to tell her we didn't want the tires no more she would only give us half back but was going to charge us to take the tires off the rim ! So we were going to be at a loss either way !!! I highly DO. NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHAT SO EVER ! And let me add they didn't let my worker take a close look of the tire come to find out the tires are dry rotted in spots ! My loss ! I have gone to tire capital twice. The first time was a year ago and I purchased a used tire. Fast & cheap. I realized when I was paying that the owner is an old acquaintance from many years ago. I decided to from then on to try them first for all my tire needs so a few weeks ago I went for 2 used front tires after having an alignment done on my car. I was sold 2 very good used tires for another good deal about $120. I noticed as soon as I left one of the tires was making a noise. I went back to the shop and the owner said it was a very new tire & I should drive it for 2 weeks and see if it gets better. I did what she said but it got worse and after 2 weeks I went back. Instead of switching the tire I let my "friend" convince me to pay $10 to rotate the tires and put the noisy one on the back because she kept suggesting it was a good tire. I drove that way for a week but it only got even worse so I went back a 3rd time and asked for a different tire. She said she can give me another tire that isn't as good but I will have to pay $10 for the labor. From what Im told that noise could be the tire coming apart which could just be a problem with the manufacturing. Either was I don't want to drive my kids on that tire. So I already paid for a more expensive used tire that I was willing to switch for a lesser tire. Im thinking they should refund me a few dollars for the different values of the tires. I know they will re-sell my noisy tire to another customer. But instead I get another $10 charge. That is no way to do business especially a repeat customer and friend and I will never go back. Now I understand why I never saw any other customers when I was there. There are too many good tire shops in town to worry myself with a shady one. read more
