States that they do not open when yellow flags are flying at the beach. 7/19 we were at North Beach from 830 a.m to 3 p.m. Sunday we were there from 9 a.m. till 3:45 p.m and the flag nearest to where we were was green the entire time (near the line of the private beach). If NOAA and city communicated incorrectly, business should have a conversation with them. After we were able to rent paddle boards we did enjoy using them for the full time we rented them.

The moment it did that a sales associate came from the back and I said oops. I'm sorry. She looked at me took the sweater from me and started walking away. I'm like ok! She said rudely do you need this? And held up the sweater. I said well I was looking at it. She then walked away with broken hanger and sweater and didn't look back.
