One of the owners has a giant white board that he updates I believe every week with a suggested work out schedule. I have yet to try it out as I have my own work out regiment, but I thought that was pretty cool! It had 4 different room, a front weight room with weight machines, a giant free weight room, a class room, and then a cardio room. It also has tanning, a sauna, and two very nice showers. I also love that you have the option of 24 hour access for a very small fee. Another great bonus, you're not locked into a contract. You can end any time you would like which is awesome (Not that I plan on leaving anytime soon.) If you are looking for a gym that isn't too crowded, with friendly staff and at a great price. I needed different sizes in the dressing room, but she was too busy chatting up friends. I mentioned that I was going to be a pall bearer and she said "that's strange, women are NEVER pall bearers"....Poor old gal, she's stuck back in the '50's. Not a good human either. It takes 5 minutes just to get past the bots on most customer service phone numbers to get to a human these days. If stores want to build loyalty and good will, it's simple - human connection - and value your customer's time. They will even cut the tree you choose for you, which saves my husband's back! I love the barn with the fresh cut boughs and wreaths- they use the branches they remove from trees to make decor, I love that they aren't going to waste! They will drill a hole in the bottom if you want one and will secure your tree nicely. If you go on a week day and it's not too crowded, they have the warming house that's full of decor and ornaments. Great selection, also reasonable prices. Our kids, who are now teenagers, still love this family tradition! They have an old truck for a great picture backdrop as well.
