I would never send my kids anywhere else. I toured a few other daycare's in the area, and stepping stones was by far the cleanest. The staff was also the nicest. They were all very welcoming and had a welcoming, genuineness to them. I have heard horror stories about other surrounding daycare's, including that the teachers let the kids out of their sight and the kids have wandered into the streets! That is utterly ridiculous. I don't know how those places are sill in business! These are your children! If you have to part with them, then you might as well rest easy knowing they are safe! Stepping stones gives me that peace of mind while I am away from my baby! The owner, Nicole, is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She has YEARS of experience dealing with children and she is very communicative if there are ever any issues. I wish she would work as my personal child-sitter, but alas... hahaha! Poconoski has some Polish-American culture as part of the curriculum, but we're not a Polish family and it's an added bonus that our little one is exposed a bit to another culture. Plenty of American culture and just plain old fun and learning celebrated at Poconoski. The facility is beautiful, the prices fair and the quality very high. This is the best day care / nursery school we've found in the Poconos and we did extensive due diligence.
