Found this place from a flyer in my Doctor's office since they are in the same medical building. We have never done a 3D ultrasound before but we were slightly interested so we decided to look up this studio online and email them for more information. For the most part it seems like we were in contact with Michelle. The response via email was quick and efficient. We managed to book an appointment although we were well close to the tail end of the closing window for the best pictures. The studio did have to cancel our appointment. We did have to return to the studio a 2nd time. Unfortunately we did not get any photos of our baby. Some of the other reviews mentioned the studio gave a drink or chocolates to help boost the movement of the baby, but we were not offered that. Although each appointment is booked for a full hour, I never stayed the full hour. I am not really sure how they divide the time. I did find the ladies working there to be quite nice and mostly accommodating. I would recommend giving them a try id it's not out of the way. The studio is clean and modern and easy to find. The parking is a pain and the availability of times they have can sometimes be unaccommodating since you have to book fairly in advance and there are very limited evening appointments. read more

After 3 weeks of pregnancy symptoms and negatives on tests, I was at my wit's end on whether or not I was pregnant. An online forum recommended 3D ultrasound places, as sometimes they will do a pregnancy confirmation for cheap. So I looked in Oakville and found Tiny Hearts. No information online about whether they did the service, so I figured I'd call. I called and the girl answered, "Tiny Hearts" in an annoyed voice. I asked her if they did any sort of pregnancy confirmations. To my complete shock and humiliation, she and another woman started LAUGHING at me. She replied in a snotty voice, "No, we're not a diagnostic centre, we're a 3D ULTRASOUND centre." At this point, I felt like a complete idiot. I said, "You don't have a service where you listen for a heartbeat?" She paused, sighed loudly and replied, annoyed, "How many weeks are you?" I stated that I was 5 weeks. Still in the same "you're so stupid" tone of voice, she said, "We don't even do heartbeats until 7 weeks. OK?" I said OK and she hung up. I've been dealing with infertility for five years now. This is the first time I've ever had something even remotely close to pregnancy symptoms, so you can imagine that I want to know for sure if there is any chance whatsoever that this pregnancy is real, that it's THERE and not just my imagination. To be treated like I was a moron for simply calling and asking if they provided this service...I was so crushed as I sat my phone down, I felt my eyes fill with tears. If I ever do get lucky enough to become pregnant, I won't have anything to with Tiny Hearts, and I don't recommend you do either. There are plenty of other 3D ultrasound businesses in the area that don't treat customers like the scum of the Earth. I'd check those ones out instead. read more

This place is just fantastic. I have been here three times now (twice for my sister, once for myself) and the experiences have been perfect. The place is very nice inside; modern and clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The ladies who run it are fabulous. They talk you through everything. They provide you with cold water and chocolates if your little one needs some encouragement to move around. They do not watch the clock to the minute! This part is nice because my little one had his hands and legs hiding his face for about 20 minutes and our session was supposed to be about 30 minutes. We were there for much longer. In fact, if your baby just doesn't want to show themselves at all and you're really running out of time (in my sister's situation), they will just get you to come back. No extra fees. Also, I strongly recommend getting the package that includes the dvd, not just the pictures. They record the whole session and it is great to re-watch the whole thing at home. I will definitely be back here for any consecutive babies! :D read more

My husband and I are expecting our first child, a son. Thanks to Covid, my husband has not been allowed to join in any of the ultrasounds with the doctor, and hasn't been able to hear our baby's sweet heartbeat. We booked an ultrasound with Tiny Hearts and could not have had a better experience! The Tiny Hearts team was so warm and welcoming, and made our experience such a fun one by pointing out all of the cute things our little man was doing. Our son is stubborn, so it took us some time, and a repeat appointment or two, to get to see his sweet face. The team could not have been more understanding and accommodating. They helped me during the appointments by suggesting position changes and other tricks to try and get him to move, and were so patient. We never felt rushed, or any pressure. The studio is lovely, clean and they are following all of the recommended pandemic protocols. By the end of our appointment, the team started to feel like family. Such an amazing experience! Very clean and modern facility, and super friendly staff.

Went for my 3D ultrasound and I had a great experience. When I arrived at the office, I was pleasantly surprised with the the clean, elegant decor which carried through to the oversized sonogram room that looked more like a suite. It had sofas, tables and a large television that you can view your baby on while the sonographer does her work. The ladies in the office were super pleasant and professional. They make you feel comfortable and are genuinely excited for you. The lady who performed my 3D ultrasound (who I believe was also the owner of the business) took her time to get the perfect images of my baby. I did not feel rushed at all and was more than pleased with the work she did. When paying for the appointment, they were gracious enough to charge me the price for their recent Wagjag deal that they just finished running, even though I didn't purchase the voucher. In fact, they were the ones who offered me the deal - I had known nothing of it and was prepared to pay the full price. My family and I had the most wonderful experience here. Not only could my Husband and I experience this together, but we were able to bring 6 other family members!!!
