Buyer beware---- Mike came across very nice and made me feel that he knew what he was doing. After he installed the tint to 5 of my windows, he said if anything was wrong to let him know. After a few days , I noticed that 4 out of 5 windows had residue from the cleaner he used and it was not going away. I called Mike back and he agreed that multiple windows needed to have the tint replaced. After only replacing 2 , he came to me and said that he ran out of the tint I selected and once more can in he would come back out to replace the others. After several weeks , I sent him a text asking when he would come back to finish the rest. He sent back the following and a copy of a receipt: Good evening Ross, "Contamination is nearly impossible with any tint installation. Tinted Vision has a contamination policy that you have signed at our initial install date. Replacement of the window film will NOT guarantee that there will be an improvement. If you would like to schedule an appointment next week. Our soonest availability is Thursday, June 8th." I actually replied with a "wow" that he would do this to me. Mike is very knowledgeable about his craft and took the time to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why. His passion extends into after care when he called to make sure everything was good days later, and even stopped by to inspect his work when he was in the area. I had the pleasure of having Mike work on my new 2017 Ram. He was prompt,courteous, professional, and excellently priced. He came to my house and worked on my truck from his van. He used a computer program to cut the window film exactly to the specs of the windows on my truck. His customer service was phenomenal and he was more than happy to explain everything he was doing. Tinted Vision did an amazing job on my Jeep. Mike was awesome to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional throughout the process. I was unsure of how dark I wanted to go but, Mike guided me through the process. Emails were answered quickly, paperwork was quick and he even emailed me a copy, which is important for the warranty.
