These guys were awesome! Answered the phone and was very helpful with all my questions. He said he had time for me so I came on over. By the time I got there another car was in front of me and they would not have time to finish my car before closing. But since he spoke to me and said that he would be able to take care of my car today he stayed late to get it done. Very good work and great pricing and service that was far beyond what I expected. I was originally suppose to take my car with someone else. called to make an appointment 2 days out and called me the day before to reschedule for the following day well this guys ended up messaging me saying he needed to reschedule 20 min before the appointment. My wife recently got a new car and I contacted several tint shops around the area (from Simi Valley all the way to Oxnard) but I was most impressed with the way Tint Worx/Ray conducted himself on the phone with me. He educated me on the tint options, and was able to effectively answer all of my questions on the phone. Because he was so respectful on the phone and took the time to actually provide detailed answers to all my questions/concerns, and based on all the positive reviews on yelp (including pictures of his work), I felt it was a no-brainer to give him my business. When we arrived, he spent a lot of time walking my wife and I through the options (again). My wife and I went back and forth as to what tint we wanted and he broke it down for us in easy to understand language, and gave us the pros and cons for each option we were considering. He was very patient and also said many times that he'd happily do whatever we wanted, but he wanted us to make an informed decision. He helped us narrow it down but one thing I was impressed with is his pricing structure -- it's a really simple pricing structure (ie: some tint shops charge more for darker tint, he doesn't), so its not like what he was "advising" in way that would be more profitable -- his pricing really puts the customer in control, which I appreciated. We spent a good amount of time with him in the shop, and really got to know him and felt very confident in his abilities. About 2 hours later, the job was done and the car looks AWESOME! We live in Simi and if you were to ask me "was it worth the trip to Oxnard" -- I'd say ABSOLUTELY if you want the job done right. I'd happily do it all over again, just have Ray work on the car (and share some more laughs). He's a genuine guy who works hard. He truly understands and delivers strong customer service, and is extremely detail oriented and operates with a lot of care! Thanks Ray, you ROCK!! read more
