After I got home, I realized my backup camera wasn't working so I had to go back to get an additional one installed with the same situation of charging more vs what was quoted. Instead of taking accountability, he denied it outright. The entire interaction felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was dismissive and condescending. I did not feel respected, and I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting fair pricing or straightforward communication. They have made this place really nice. The staff is great. They know what they are doing and they pay attention to what you want. I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.
