They gave my husband a price for all windows, but only tinted 3 -- the two front windows and the windshield. When I questioned it, the owner claimed that's what we agreed on, which is absolutely not what was discussed or understood. Very disappointing experience. I came here originally in 2022 to get my car tinted and had a good experience at the time. Recently, the back tint started peeling, so I came back for a replacement since I had purchased the lifetime warranty. When the manager, Jorge, looked at my car, he immediately accused me of peeling the tint off myself -- Not even sure why anyone would peel off their own tint job but it was clear he did not want to take on any accountability. He eventually agreed to replace it under warranty, but the interaction already felt unprofessional. After dropping off my car, Jorge said he would call me when it was ready. He never did. When I called to check, his response was, "We probably did." Not exactly the customer service I expected. I told him I'd pick up the car the next day since it was late, and he said that was fine. When I arrived the next morning, the trunk was smudged and the new tint had several visible air bubbles. Overall, extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and quality of work this time around. I feel immense regret for have come to Tint World in the first place and I should have gone somewhere else. read more

I recently visited this location to purchase LED headlights, but the experience quickly turned into a financial and customer service nightmare. Due to a malfunction with their credit card machine, I was accidentally charged twice for the transaction. My credit card statement clearly shows two separate, fully posted charges. When I called the business to resolve the issue, the employee I spoke with insisted that since their internal email invoice only showed one charge, I was "not charged twice." They refused to believe my bank statement or take any steps to investigate the two separate transactions. I was forced to escalate the issue by filing a formal dispute with my credit card company. My credit card company investigated and confirmed that two separate transactions were processed by the merchant, proving the billing error. Despite this definitive confirmation of their mistake, the merchant has still not initiated the refund for the second, unauthorized charge, which was for a service I did not receive. In other words GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

This is one horrible place to get your tints done. I assumed the name 'TINT WORLD' would live up to the name and at least do a good job at tinting. I don't know if they have horrible installers or the tint they use is the sh*t quality. Went to get my X6M windshield tinted. Charged me premium $250 while all other shops were in the $120/$150 range. I went with the 'you get what you pay for' mentality and let them do the work. The day after I see multiple blurry / distorted areas in the tints (not bubbles), only prominent under lights like other vehicle's headlights or tail lights. Called the shop and informed them about it. They said it's regular moisture and should dry up in a few days or a week. Fast forward 3 weeks later they were still there. I passed by and they blamed it on BMW brand to have complicated windscreens, after back and forth they finally accepted the fact that the film they used was bad and agreed to re do it. Left the car again for another full day for them install the new film. Lo and behold! Same exact blemishes, but this time even in more areas. I gave it benefit of the doubt thinking they just CAN'T repeat the same mistake and waited another week to see if it got any better. Unfortunately, nothing so I finally started to consult with other shops and they told me that the film quality they use is the cheap / horrible ones. They charge you for top tier brand Nano ceramic but installed dirt cheap one. Finally I gave another mobile installer a chance because he guaranteed if I have issues with his film or installation he won't charge me anything. The guy was professional ; came to my house and charged only $120 HALF OF WHAT THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS charged me at tint world and done an excellent job in less than an hour at my residence while tint world had my car ALL DAY and did a horrendous job. In conclusion, I wasted 2 full days and $250 at tint world. I'm writing this detailed review so others don't have to go through what I had to go through. I would never return or recommend them. read more

Do not go to Tint World for a ceramic coating! Absolute scam. Paid for a full suv with the higher end coating job. As you can EASILY tell, they completely ignored doing the top of the suv along with the wheels that was paid for. This Doral shop is horrible and will not coat your car. Paying around 2K for a coating to end up with this trash job is embrassing. I hand wash my car every 2-4 weeks and thought it might be a dirtier than usual top the first few washes but no. I had my other car done with the same package from the tint world in NJ and it looks incredible 4 years later. Please heed my warning and go elsewhere for this service. Especially for the prices they charge. P.S. this job was done in April/May 2022... In response to this horrible owners comments. Keep in mind you can see a 2022 escape come in at that time. There is a difference between improper application and NO APPLICATION. Hand washing a car to see this trash quality from the tint world name is an embarrassment. I had come to get my car done months back to get tints and ceramic coating. After paying about $1900, we assumed everything was fine. Tints looked great, but my husband noticed the top of the car would never bead off water and looked terrible whenever it would rain. It looks like they refused to touch the top of my car because they may need to grab a ladder? Whatever the case is, I will not go back and hope nobody else comes here. The owner with the blue Camaro has a horrible attitude and was terrible to talk to. I hope nobody comes here to do business... go to another tint world or completely different company. read more
