I'll make this as short as possible.... I called in for an estimate to get my windows tinted approximately two weeks ago, ( knowing I was going to visit my niece). I called in the morning of my arrival and asked if there was any available time. The same business oriented woman on the other line assured me. So long as I was there before 4:00 PM, they would fit me in! Awesome! I arrived about 2ish, a very kind gentleman walked up to my car and asked how he can help me, he honored my quote (which was way lower than anyone from San Jose to Fresno.) He walked me to the office, showed me samples of tint shades, I shoes and contrast, he totally agreed, Assured me of the warranty. My windows are amazing! I love the work! Prices at this place have gone up at least 200%. I brought three cars here before and I just brought three cars in again. This time I only did 5 windows one, two windows on another, and a strip along the front windshield and I paid triple what I paid the last time I brought three cars in. I have a friend that brought in a Honda Civic. I recommended this place to him and He probably brought it in a week before my appointment. He paid for the more expensive tint and when I brought my car in I paid the same price for the cheaper option. I am all about supporting small-business especially local . I understand we are in a pandemic and some people got their stimulus check. That doesn't mean you take advantage of customers and fluctuate prices. Getting some tinting done on a 2000 Chrysler town and country van. Quoted $300 for the job and a few hours. Actual time was more like 3 hours. Day 2 noticed bubbles on the rear window and driver side sliding door window. Tiny bubbles seen on the rear driver side window too. Looks like not much care was taken in putting the film on and cleaning the windows. Need to take the car back. I remember specifically asking these guys if I needed to do anything to clean the windows before bringing the car in. They told me no, we will clean the windows thoroughly. But I can tell they did not clean the inside of the windows which is probably contributing to them bubbling. I can see the smudges I called them Monday morning and the guy (don't know his name) said "lifetime warranty. Don't worry! Just bring it in." I never did bring the car back in, but I was still not happy that they didn't get it right the first time. Maybe they had a rookie on Saturdays or something... read more

Good thing i didnt go all the way home I stopped at the store and my passenger car door wouldn't open from the inside they forgot to connect it. I had to go back and they took me right in thankfully. The owner was informative, patient and was happy to answer all questions. The shop was very busy so be sure to book an appointment. It took about an hour and a half with 2 guys working on my car. The car turned out beyond my expectations. I was mostly interested in window tint to block out UV rays secondary to how it looks. They tinted the entire car including the visor portion of the windshield. It wasn't cheap, but the work is fantastic and they use high quality materials. My family has actually been to the glass place located in the same area throughout the years and we're all pleased with the way they do business and their pricing with replacing broken glass, so I happen to see that they did tinting right next door!!! I decided to come here because it was a bargain. I did not want to spend a ton of money on a car that still needs a lot of mechanical work, but I did want the privacy and heat protection that a tint provides. As soon as I dropped it off I went to a mechanic shop for an unrelated issue and was advised that this place "used" to be really good, but that they now had new management and they had heard some negative reviews. I began to get nervous thinking maybe I should have just paid the extra money at another shop. CONS: When I picked my car up I wasn't really satisfied. There were a couple of gaps at the tops of the windows where the tint didn't quite make it to the edge. There was also a bunch of leftover tint film pieces scattered in my back seat and there was some sort of sticky gum on the seat. They had also neglected to reassemble one of my window switches. All of these things were easily remedied on my own, but worst of all, they had cut out a section of the rear window film that went around my 3rd rear brake light. Needless to say, it looked very tacky and I could not do anything about it myself. PROS: When I came back the following week I spoke with the owner and explained the situation. Raj was very cool and said they would make it right. When I came to pick it up the second time, the lady explained that the machine automatically cut the film that way. Best of all, they not only replaced the film, they also replaced my ugly half melted brake light fixture. One of the advantages of being next to a pick and pull, I guess. It was very thoughtful of them and they didnt charge me a dime. Again, that weird gummy stuff was on my seats. Not sure what it could be, but easy enough to clean up. They also gave me rides home both times. All in all, it would have been better if I didnt have to waste my time with a second trip and the messes were kind of annoying, but they did go above and beyond to make it right with zero fuss and the price couldnt be beat. It seems like maybe they are trying to take on too many customers per day and maybe the installers feel rushed? That can lead to poor quality outcomes in a business where precision matters. read more
