So if they are full, another option is to grab beer here and walk across the street. I highly recommend trying this place if you get a chance.

First, maple pecan beer is reduced to a syrupy sweetness, enhancing the chocolate with nutty, caramelized notes. Then, smooth puréed cashews are stirred in, adding a creamy texture that balances the rich chocolate base. Served with velvety squash purée swirled into a rich traditional vanilla custard in a buttery croissant cup. The hot chocolate's cashew nut puree was very unique. I stirred it well, and it made the drink even creamier. Before stirring, I tasted a bit of the puree, and it was so nutty, flavorful, and had a great texture. The hot chocolate itself wasn't too sweet, with a subtle maple pecan beer flavor. The squash puree into vanilla custard in the croissant cup was delicious. The vanilla custard melted like lava, and the croissant cup was crispy. I hope I can have it again, even though it's a limited item. Service was very friendly and attentive. They also allow you to purchase their drinks to go (the ones on tap.) They have a fridge with all their on tap offerings. They also have pre packaged mixed boxes to go. This place is far from where I live, so going often isn't an option, but I will definitely drop by and purchase the drinks to go. The service was really good as well. They forgot about one of my drinks and took if off my bill. Now that is service you don't see often anymore. My waitress was also very nice. I should note that it is a really small place, but once the weather gets better they have a patio that would allow for more people. Currently, the tables hold 4-6 people and you can only stay for 2 hours. They are pretty firm about it unlike other restaurants. It's because they don't really have space for more than 4 tables/groups at a time. It's tiny! Another cool aspect is that they let you order food from other restaurants and have it delivered so you can enjoy it while you drink. They do not have meal offerings so are willing to accommodate. I found their cocktails not to be too sweet which is just the way I like it. The waitress was so nice and let me sample a bunch of flavours on tap. The coconut pineapple rum tastes like a vacay. Gin and juice is their signature and a close second. I went with their tamarind peach which was vodka based. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the summer night breeze. They have some small bites available like warm bread and hummus, charcuterie etc. There's also pizza made to order from the specialty pizza place a few doors down. The only thing that irked me a bit were the pesky fruit flies when we sat inside. I will def be back and be bringing friends!

Didn't see anyone get towed at least. The place is basically a warehouse. Bare concrete walls, with a production area in the back. Because of this, the place echoes quite a bit. Staff were friendly. As the place was still new as of the time of writing, they had about 8 brews. Easy to wipe out in 2 flights. Most beers tended to be towards the hoppier side. To be honest, nothing really stuck out. Maybe this will change as they settle in and find their niche. One interesting thing is that the flights come in both L-handed and R-handed varieties. The board is the same shape, but the numbers go in different directions. I tried both and the beers tasted the same regardless of direction. I was shocked.

It was long overdue that we knocked out some Canadian breweries on my list so it felt quite accomplishing trying out some. For Yellow Dog we had the Chase My Tail Pale Ale which was quite good! Flavor features in this beer are hoppiness, floral and with a clean finish. The beer is smooth and is light bodied. This beer was a good introduction to this brewery and we enjoyed it quite a bit during our stay!

We found it a little hard to find - very warehouse-y space, but perhaps that's how breweries not in the central of a big city area - in an industrial/businessy complex area. We ordered our drinks and our server asked if we wanted a pint. Pint doesn't have a standard size. Some restaurant says it is 16oz, some say 24oz, some say 20oz and some say 18oz. It turned out to be $7.25 for a pint (20oz). darn we definitely made a mistake. We wanted to try more flavors. So getting 2 12oz special would be a better deal for us even though its slightly more expensive then the 20oz pint. Now we have to come back much more often again to try other flavors. Anyways service was good. We also noticed that this place serves food. We came here after lunch so we were already full. Their beer are not bad. It is very fruity and they have a lot of sour beer. Also they have lots of flavors. I think we definitely have to come back to try the other flavors. We found them to be quite similar to Bakery Craft Brewery in Port Moody. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. We loved that they have patios seating. They follow all Covid protocols. We highly recommend trying this place if you haven't.
