This brewery offered a hot chocolate item for the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival 2025. I visited…read morea few weeks ago and tried a unique hot chocolate item, and I revisited for the new limited item for the festival. #139 Maple Nutty Bliss Hot Chocolate - This decadent treat combines the deep, roasty flavors of maple pecan beer, creamy cashew purée, and the classic warmth of hot cocoa. First, maple pecan beer is reduced to a syrupy sweetness, enhancing the chocolate with nutty, caramelized notes. Then, smooth puréed cashews are stirred in, adding a creamy texture that balances the rich chocolate base. Served with velvety squash purée swirled into a rich traditional vanilla custard in a buttery croissant cup. The hot chocolate's cashew nut puree was very unique. I stirred it well, and it made the drink even creamier. Before stirring, I tasted a bit of the puree, and it was so nutty, flavorful, and had a great texture. The hot chocolate itself wasn't too sweet, with a subtle maple pecan beer flavor. The squash puree into vanilla custard in the croissant cup was delicious. The vanilla custard melted like lava, and the croissant cup was crispy. I hope I can have it again, even though it's a limited item. Service was very friendly and attentive. It is a very popular brewery, and I will revisit to get a beer again.

I've only had beers here so I can't really comment on the food but my friends seem to like it. They rave about the beef brisket and the pulled pork. My choice of beer is usually the Juicy but they do have an interesting variety to choose from. To be honest I'm not sure how the ordering works, sometimes you order at the counter and other times they come to your table. The service is friendly. It's a decent size place and has a cozy atmosphere. There is free street parking out front.....

This place was great…read more I joined some friends for cocktails and was pleasantly surprised at how good this bar was. The drinks were really good. My favorite was one was actually offered on tap. They also allow you to purchase their drinks to go (the ones on tap.) They have a fridge with all their on tap offerings. They also have pre packaged mixed boxes to go. This place is far from where I live, so going often isn't an option, but I will definitely drop by and purchase the drinks to go. The service was really good as well. They forgot about one of my drinks and took if off my bill. Now that is service you don't see often anymore. My waitress was also very nice. I should note that it is a really small place, but once the weather gets better they have a patio that would allow for more people. Currently, the tables hold 4-6 people and you can only stay for 2 hours. They are pretty firm about it unlike other restaurants. It's because they don't really have space for more than 4 tables/groups at a time. It's tiny! Another cool aspect is that they let you order food from other restaurants and have it delivered so you can enjoy it while you drink. They do not have meal offerings so are willing to accommodate. Very cool. Give this place a go! Great drinks. Good service.

Great little cocktail place in the industrial bit of Fremont! I went in on a quieter Thursday…read morenight so getting a spot wasn't an issue. A lot of their product is seasonal so right now there's a lot of Mexican themed creations. It sounds Like they'd like to do Japanese next. There's plenty of choices to choose from. I found their cocktails not to be too sweet which is just the way I like it. The waitress was so nice and let me sample a bunch of flavours on tap. The coconut pineapple rum tastes like a vacay. Gin and juice is their signature and a close second. I went with their tamarind peach which was vodka based. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the summer night breeze. They have some small bites available like warm bread and hummus, charcuterie etc. There's also pizza made to order from the specialty pizza place a few doors down. The only thing that irked me a bit were the pesky fruit flies when we sat inside. I will def be back and be bringing friends!

New brewery close to the Pitt River Bridge…read more Parking is rather limited in the industrial park (there are only about 3 spots), but after business hours it looks like people are free to park in the stalls of neighbouring businesses. Didn't see anyone get towed at least. The place is basically a warehouse. Bare concrete walls, with a production area in the back. Because of this, the place echoes quite a bit. Staff were friendly. As the place was still new as of the time of writing, they had about 8 brews. Easy to wipe out in 2 flights. Most beers tended to be towards the hoppier side. To be honest, nothing really stuck out. Maybe this will change as they settle in and find their niche. One interesting thing is that the flights come in both L-handed and R-handed varieties. The board is the same shape, but the numbers go in different directions. I tried both and the beers tasted the same regardless of direction. I was shocked.

We came here for some beer as there was a wait for Provincial Spirits across the street. They have…read morea lot of outdoor seating with patio chairs in their parking lot. Turnover is quite quick so you are never waiting for long. I did wish there were some spots out in the sunshine as it started to get cold after a while in the shade. Beers were okay and typically a big sour fan, it actually wasn't that sour. Overall good place to hang out with people (during non covid times) with lots of outdoor seating.

We couldn't help but gawk at all the growlers from other breweries and gush over how tasty Ridge Brewing Company's beers were. We had a flight, and couldn't decide on our last sampler so our guy pouring the beer said we could come back to fill it later with the favourite we had consumed from our flight! We were impressed with their IPAs, that's for sure. We found it a little hard to find - very warehouse-y space, but perhaps that's how breweries not in the central of a big city area - in an industrial/businessy complex area. Cool space inside, but also very bare bones, like Storm Brewing, because I think they only have a tasting license. Saw that they have live music every once in a while which seemed like a fun thing to do in Maple Ridge on a weekend evening!

Looks like Maple Ridge is getting a nice craft beer district. Beautiful…read more Parking is available in the lot next to the building. The venue looks suspiciously like a former autobody shop. What this really means is that there are nice large bay doors, which is great during the summer months. The inside has a typical warehouse feel. There is a wall of growlers on one side. Great for seeing which places around town (and beyond) one has missed. Looks like there are some board game type things in here. One of the tables also had a chess board. Staff were friendly. Flights contain 4 glasses. Most of the beers are on the hoppier side. Overall quite good. There are some 8 brews here, so it takes 2 flights to clean out the place as of the time of writing. I'll definitely be back at some point. Recommended.

We ordered our drinks and our server asked if we wanted a pint. Pint doesn't have a standard size. Some restaurant says it is 16oz, some say 24oz, some say 20oz and some say 18oz. It turned out to be $7.25 for a pint (20oz). darn we definitely made a mistake. We wanted to try more flavors. So getting 2 12oz special would be a better deal for us even though its slightly more expensive then the 20oz pint. Now we have to come back much more often again to try other flavors. Anyways service was good. We also noticed that this place serves food. We came here after lunch so we were already full. Their beer are not bad. It is very fruity and they have a lot of sour beer. Also they have lots of flavors. I think we definitely have to come back to try the other flavors. We found them to be quite similar to Bakery Craft Brewery in Port Moody. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. We loved that they have patios seating. They follow all Covid protocols. We highly recommend trying this place if you haven't.
