My poodles have gone through old age and anxiety and Kiley has been willing to come in early so the salon isn't as busy and work with me and the dogs to give them gorgeous poodle cuts. She always communicates any issues/concerns before or after the cut . Staff is amazing, making certain my dog feels comfortable, loved and gets some snuggles while she is there. When I get there the grooming service had not even been started! What was he doing all that time? Was my pet crated for 4.5 hours? Was he even offered water or a potty break? Why wasn't I contacted sooner? When I subsequently spoke with the owner, I was met with a foul attitude, and a condescending tone with a total lack of remorse or empathy. I had to initiate the call, the owner never bothered to reach out to me. As if I would ever bring my pet back there, the owner uninvited us to be customers.

They cleaned her fine but they didn't have the tools necessary to get to her undercoat. This has caused some serious matting to my dog's undercoat. At first glance, she seemed fine. Her coat was clean and she was fluffy. However, upon further examination, I noticed her undercoat was severely matted, to the point where she's in pain any time I try to rake her coat to resolve the matting. They had called me and told me that they "tried their best" and that they couldn't get to her undercoat properly. But I wasn't aware it was this bad. She didn't have any matting before I dropped her off. After trying to get her mats out for a week myself, I had to go to another groomer to fix the mats. It took several hours and over $180 to fix the problem they caused. They might be fine for small dogs or short coat breeds, but if you have a large dog with a thick undercoat, DO NOT bring your dog here. If they didn't have the tools necessary, they should have let me know from the beginning. I would've rather had them deny service than deal with the repercussions of them doing the poor job they did. They even charged me the full $100 for the grooming when all they did was make my dog matted.

I had a Pomeranian that passed away a few years ago and remember some of the awful fur-cuts he had and how difficult it is to find a good groomer. I called a few places and had no luck getting them both in, so when they could take them right away I was skeptical. Right when we walked in, I knew they were going to be well taken care of. It was a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. They did a thorough consultation and explained in detail what they were going to do. I just wanted a nice cleanup cut and not have them shaved because every place I took my old Pomeranian, they would shave him leaving him looking all blotchy & spotty even when I requested they not shave him. When I came to pick them up I was extremely happy with the outcome. They cut their fur in a beautiful shape that went perfectly to their body shapes. It was exactly what I wanted and even better. Vivian explained everything her and Ashley did and gave me tips on grooming them at home. She educated me on how to keep their skin moisturized, fur conditioned & shiny and how to properly remove the dreadlocks that form behind their ears. My dogs were both calm relaxed and happily walking around Muddy Paws knowing they looked great. I highly recommend going there to have your dogs groomed.

I know the "fear" behind the breed especially being a veterinarian BUT She had no reason to be rude and hang up the phone.
