Minor children were expected to administer medication without proper training, veterinary knowledge, or supervision. In my opinion, this is unsafe and irresponsible. During my time associated with this place, I became aware of multiple dogs becoming severely ill, and in one instance, I personally reported that a dog was clearly very sick. My concerns were ignored. The following day, that dog died from a low blood sugar episode. The lack of urgency and care was devastating and unacceptable. The building itself is old, run-down, and unsanitary. It frequently smells of urine and feces, and cleanliness appears to be a very low priority. I also witnessed aggressive dogs in the daycare area, and there were incidents where dogs were bitten by other dogs that did not get reported. There is no surveillance or camera system, so while you're away on vacation, you have no way to know whether your pet is safe or being properly cared for. In my experience, staff do not proactively notify owners if their pet becomes sick or worse, you only find out when you arrive to pick them up. It felt like profits mattered more than transparency or compassion. Employees.... especially young workers trying to get their first job experience, they are treated poorly. The owner is extremely rude and verbally abusive, not only toward staff but also toward paying customers and, from what I observed, animals as well. I have reported this facility to the City of Canton and to the ASPCA. Given what I witnessed, I genuinely do not understand how this business is still operating. For the safety of your pets and peace of mind, please choose another boarding facility. This place needs serious investigation and accountability.

When we pull up, they get super excited and rush to exit our car and see their human and fur friends. My first visit, when I toured, yes it was lots of loud dog barking and I remember feeling a little sad like oh am I taking them to the pound. Okay look the dogs are barking, because of "we the people". I had to think about this. When my own 2 dogs have a new guest here they start "going crazy" frankly lol. And when I walk the neighborhood, dogs that were otherwise chilling, you know what they do as people jog, walk by their turf? Many of them run to the living room window and yap yap. Imagine this multiplied by all doggies together at once getting excited. It can get loud. Ask a parent with multiple small kids or any teacher/daycare provider of little kids.... it's not always prim and proper! But everyone is safe and loved. Same here- enough said! The staff is smart, nice and caring and does their job. The rates afford my little ones to get social interaction. This is not a place that tries to be foo-foo fancy bells and whistles dog castle... extra money... just for some BS to be going once you're gone. They are low frills but DEFINITELY not NO frills as they have huge play area and an indoor pool which I can't wait for my dogs to get lessons in. Do yourself a favor. Become a customer, get in their books with the required documents, get your dog acquainted with a couple visits of daycare so you can feel confident and everything's in order for when the time comes and you need overnight boarding for some travel! The groomer Lauren said he was matted on his ears and neck so he needed to be short. My son picked up our dog because I was at work. When I arrived home and saw my dog I was FURIOUS! He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.
