The trim went fine but it became very clear to me that my stylist did not know how to give my curls a blow out! He said he would only be able to get me the blow out look by straightening my hair... I tried to work with him by suggesting he put product in my hair followed by blow drying it but he angrily said "I cant do it!" Then why was I told he had experience with it!? I am thrilled that Aaron avoids the bleaching process that every other stylist has used on my dark, straight hair in order to get the right color of highlights. We called Tyler and he was super accommodating! He bumped up her appointment by a few days AND was able to get me in too. He is so much fun, easy to talk to, and oh so talented. I was unsure about having someone do my hair because I always go with fun colors and my mom has pretty easy hair to maintain as she keeps her natural color, but I am so glad I took her advice. The person who wrote negatively about her couldn't be any more wrong. And though she does have an E-cigg she does NOT smoke it near customers, not even in the same room. Also Kasey once offered to fix something I didn't like for free, so I guarantee you will always leave there happy. Mandi does a wonderful job on styles as well. All these ladies have skills! Also got a manicure by Ashley, and it was just adorable with multiple accent nails and custom designs. I messed it up by mistake and she fixed it without complaint. She even told me what to do at home to upkeep it and keep it lasting longer. Regrettably, that I have not tried getting a massage here, but I really want one soon.

Also, I asked her for a dark cherry red and told her that I wanted something the color of red wine with a bit of violet in it; she made my her bright orange!! Their price is right, but their services are terrible! If the lady stylist cared about her clientele, I would return. But she was in SUCH a rush to get me out of her salon (though I was the only person in the salon!) that she did this chop-job of a haircut and awful color and shoved me out. I will not be returning!
