The person who left the 1-star review has no idea what they're talking about. I had a bad injury in my knee playing basketball. It felt like the knee joint slipped and moved laterally. It was the worst pain in my life! It happened in January, I didn't see a doctor, I just let it heal up, and then it happened again in July. Due to this being the second time, I finally decided to see a doctor. Usually a typical western medical doctor might give me anti-inflammatory pills, orders for MRI/X-ray, a brace, possible surgery, and I knew there must have been a better way. I saw Dr. Fujita, and he informed me that my knee was possibly misaligned, which likely contributed to the problem. He diagnosed my knee issue using his pressure point technique (I am not sure what it's called or what technical things are involved), but he got it dead on, from what I felt in my knee (torn meniscus). Then he gave me an adjustment (I was SCARED, because my leg had JUST been injured two days prior, but the adjustment did not hurt). And then figured out (using his techniques against) what the best supplements and dosage is right for me. These aren't GNC supplements, but medical grade supplements that are precisely formulated. He told me that there's 14 foods that are inflammatory (milk, wheat, corn, soy, chocolate, beef, tomato, peanuts, all nuts, rice, peas, eggs, sesame and sugar).
