Then there is the furniture and décor. It is eclectic, global, colorful, and usually visually light. You are not going to find heavy, dark, traditional pieces anchoring a formal estate here. Instead, you get carved wood, woven textures, interesting silhouettes, and pieces that feel like they came from somewhere with a story attached. I gravitate toward the exotic details every single time. One of my favorite finds ever was a carved wooden fruit bowl with a sculpted handle on top and a completely unique design. It felt like something you would stumble upon in a market overseas and then carefully carry home in your suitcase. It was a wonderful program that featured music from popular movies and shows and a salute to the Military. It was beautifully performed and entertaining with jokes by the conductor who kept the crowd engaged. It was a lovely late afternoon and evening to be at a sunset show. We brought chairs and sandwiches so we could picnic while we were watching the musicians play. They had box lunches to preorder but we had been too late to order them. It was such a wonderful evening. I really appreciate the people who ran this free event for bringing the Orlando Philharmonic to our town.

To us, it could have tasted the worst but because of someone like Marlon, it would have made it! Marlon has worked there 8 years now and you can tell he knows his stuff. My family's meal was also delicious and they enjoyed theirs the same. One had the Linguine Carbonara, another the Gnocchi Bolognese and both said it was the best they've ever had. The atmosphere was very classy and very romantic, yet very nice for a special large family gathering or celebration.
