I made 3 appointments directly at the office, but they never came to work on my irrigation system, what they did 5 Yr. ago. I needed to fix water leak and change old sprinklers heads .I had to fix the water leak my self and I am working on sprinklers. Thanks for nothing, Sorry ! We contacted them to give us a quote to repair a paver patio they installed three yrs prior. It took 3 phone calls and six weeks to get someone to come out. It took two calls and another four weeks to get the bid. We replied to the email quote to say we accepted the bid. After two weeks we called to see if they received the email and get a projected install date. We were told they were going to have a scheduling meeting and would get back to us next week. That was around Halloween. We just recvd a call 1/13/25 letting us know that the crew would be here today. We told them no and that we were disappointed with their communication or lack there of and have someone else coming out to look at the job. We work hard for our money and feel that customer service is part of what we are paying for and Tim's needs improvement in that area before they get anymore of our money. read more

The installers are great no communication with management Changed the paver that we wanted and color with no communication had to wait three months to start it was ridiculous added two steps and there was block left over from the retaining wall and they charge me ridiculous amount for them I will never deal with them again read more

Well, I guess this is a business that doesn't want business. I called this place for an estimate. After missing the first appointment and being late the second time Kenny arrived. I exolained the work I wanted done, and he took measurements and notes. A couple days later he called with some follow up questions. Said he would have the estimate by end of week. That was 6 weeks ago. Hasn't returned any calls. The office lady makes excuses and is no help. My job would have been probably 20K. I guess Tim's doesn't like to make money. read more

Horrible service. Horrible work. Does not complete the work agreed to. Hard to get this company to respond to problems and then expects full payment for not fulfilling the contracts. Do not get them. If you do you have been warned. read more

This company is awesome! We wanted sod and a sprinkler system in our backyard - about 5000 sq. ft. The bid was realistic and the start time was convenient. They showed up right on time with a big enough crew to actually get work done in a timely manner. They started working immediately and, except for a short lunch, worked straight through until at least 5:00 pm. The crew worked tirelessly and finished the entire sprinkler system the first day. By the end of the second day we had a gorgeous lawn, with the sprinklers all set on timers. We couldn't be happier with both the work and the crew. Friendly and very skilled. read more
