Tim did a re-fret on my 1970 Telecaster. Love the result. Never played this well before and I'm original owner.

As I am older, I missed it so much, but I wanted a piano that felt like the piano I grew up with. I went to O'Neill Music house and met Raph O'Neill. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, informative, and most importantly, talked on your level. I have met people that have an abundance of knowledge like him, and they tend to talk down to you. Not Mr. O'Neill. I was so impressed how helpful he was. I went in wanting one piano Which he was out of, but after talking to him very quickly, realized I had made the wrong selection. It was so nice to be able to rely on his wealth of knowledge, since this is an expensive purchase, I did not want to buy the wrong thing. I also found out that he is a third generation owner. I might add. He plays beautifully. It was nice to hear someone play the piano that I was going to buy. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. He really went above and beyond and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that in no way was he pushy or trying to get me to buy something more expensive. He was just informative and allowed me to draw my own conclusions and make my own decision. If I am ever in the market for another piano, I would not even waste my time looking elsewhere. I would definitely go back to O'Neill music. Thank you, Raph for making this such an exciting, pleasant experience.

My mom convinced me to see what a new teacher could do for me. Ruth was incredibly patient and started from the basics in order to help me with vibrato. Rather than shrugging it off as a problem that I had to handle alone, she worked with me every lesson to develop a beautiful vibrato that was easy for me to use and sustain. She gave me several different techniques and practice exercises that helped me to learn a new way of playing my violin, even from the way I hold the instrument. While this was an adjustment for me, it not only allowed me to regain my vibrato, but because Ruth taught me a more effective method of vibrato than I had originally learned, I believe it allowed me to improve the overall quality of my playing and the sound of my instrument. I'm now able to enjoy the time I spend with the instrument using a proper technique that is comfortable for me. Her teaching method was helpful in not only solving my problem but also in allowing me to enjoy playing the violin more. I would highly recommend taking lessons with her, she is a wonderful person and instructor!

I remember the first lesson like it was yesterday. I had been trying to learn all the notes before I went to him so he would be impressed. The first thing he said was you need to play with your fingernails, not finger tips. I thought he was kidding. The nail is so narrow it seemed impossible at first but the sound was so much better. With practice, it became second nature. The sound became full and colorful. I learned a lot from Mr. Lusted but the problem came when I asked him to quit playing along with me. He refused. It was difficult for me to focus on what I was playing. I grew up with a little ADD and trying to focus on what I was doing while he was playing the same song became nearly impossible. Imagine playing the piano, or any other instrument with your teacher always playing the same song. I know that's the way he learned and I'm sure other people are fine with it, but I wasn't. Guitar lessons should be enjoyable and they just weren't anymore, at least not with someone who insisted on playing with you on every song. As a footnote, I did find another instructor (who just listened and critiqued) and I continued learning. Today I still play for charities, weddings, even a few times for a master class, but mostly I only play for myself . Love that classical guitar sound
