Total disrespect for peoples property...my boat I placed a police report on it to obtain it back I found my boat in weeds parts unattached just sitting while it's supposed status was being worked on...he is a liar ... he performed no work on my boat but taking interior pieces off which have zero to do with what he was to be doing on the boat. He never ordered a part for my boat nothing at all..he left it in weeds to rot..my interior is ruined parts are missing and not attached to the boat. It will cost me a lot of money to fix my boat now becuz he did not properly care for my boat...he also is dead broke and didn't have my money to refund..so him lying on my boats status makes him a liar and not ordering any parts or work done makes him a thief.... Go get your property if you left with him...he never called me to inform me of him going out of business ( as he wants to call it)he has three of my phones numbers and never once placed a call to me.. it's irresponsible unprofessional behavior. The wait time based on other customers ahead of me, the expected issue and possible cost, the bad news of trim system damage, alternatives, ordering parts, testing, repairs, payment and pickup. They told me to bring it back. I lived a half an hour away and couldn't get it back later. Had a mechanic look at it who told me I need a battery part. Bought the battery part. Brought it back. It was the wrong battery part complained about the absorbinant bill was told by Brett that there was nothing that could be done. I really felt that there should have been some form of return compensation for the amount of bill that I paid. I was not expecting the whole bill to be credited but just the fact that the boat never ran was upsetting. We've now sold the boat and have had no financial return or physical pleasure from driving that boat. It was a waste of time and money. If you use this company, be sure you check out their rates and fees before giving them the boat and have them give you an approximate time that the boat will be ready and if it's not ready then pull it because they're going to charge you more and more money. I will not go back to that company again..
