His bedside manner is awesome and makes you feel at ease. I loved that you can joke with him and the staff and never feel rushed. Any concerns I have, he and his staff have been very helpful to address them. I have bone on bone and have been receiving the shots every 6 months which made a wonderful difference in my knees and has made my quality of life so much better without the surgery and everyday pain. We had to go to another doctor and now surgery is needed to fix the problem that was obvious in all the ex rays. The nurses there couldn't even put a cast on correctly we had to ask the doctor to do it cause the first cast was but on where it cut into his hand. You will sit in the waiting room for up to 2 hours before you are even called into the back, and there you spend another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. If you go there it is an all day appointment. His office manager is inept in correctly any problem. It takes days for them to call you back with an answer to any question or billing problem. There billing department is in Baton Rouge and if they don't feel like answering the phone they don't or put you on hold. This kind of care is unacceptable in todays age of medicine.

We informed Guillot we suspected she had swimmers ear on top of the reason for the visit. When he jammed the otoscope into my kid's ear so hard it hurt them so bad they were scared to death of him. He stormed out the room giving us a total of 5 minutes of Doctor time. He said he couldn't deal with it and left. It turns out my baby was losing their hearing and is now profoundly hard of hearing. She will never regain the hearing. If it was auto immune an injection of steroids could have saved some of it. Word through the grapevine is that he had a surgery that did not go well that morning so he took it out on patients. A true professional.
