The actual process of interviewing attorneys was long and arduous. That was until my family and I met the team of Steven G Wigrizer, Jason Weiss, and Morgan Kendall of the Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky law firm. Steven, Jason, and Morgan from the beginning, wanted to understand my mother and what she meant to not only her family but her community. The team was honest and upfront with us about everything. They showed compassion, but did not sugarcoat anything. Most importantly, that listened to our questions, concerns, and thoughts. This team regularly exceeded their professional responsibilities. Steven, Jason, and Morgan's preparation for trial was unmatched. As our trial began, the difference between the team from Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky and the Defendant's Attorneys was palatable. Steven, Jason, and Morgan were a well oiled machine. They spoke and presented the case with a level of confidence, precision, and professionalism that left the other attorneys, literally scrambling and fumbling papers in court. While sitting in the courtroom, I would often think to myself about how honored I was to have this team fighting for my mother. Inevitably, we won the case. We also gained an extended family. I would recommend this team and firm to anyone.

Unfortunately, after collecting the retainer, there was very little communication and no meaningful progress on my case for approximately four months. During that time, I sent multiple emails and placed many calls requesting updates and asking about the status of my matter. Most went unanswered. When I attempted to call, I was repeatedly told he was unavailable, in meetings, or on vacation. Despite my efforts to communicate, I struggled to get any clear information about what work, if any, was being done on my behalf. When I finally expressed concern about the lack of progress and communication, I was told that he was servicing over 500 clients and was asked whether he had done a good job for me in the past. When I called again today to ask why my matter had not been addressed, I was told I was "holding a gun to his head" to get the work done because 30 days ago when I called asking for assistance, I mentioned I would contact the bar association to seek help. My frustration is not only with the lack of progress but also with the lack of professionalism and respect shown throughout the process. Clients deserve timely communication, transparency, and responsiveness--especially after paying a retainer and trusting an attorney to handle an important legal matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney in Doylestown, Bucks County PA.

He let me vent, rant, and rave when I needed to, and never once made me feel like a burden. He always made me feel heard and validated, which was something I hadn't felt in a long time. Then, once I had the space to get it all out, he gave me the legal advice I actually needed... not just what I wanted to hear. That's what makes Liam stand out: he balances compassion with clarity. He never sugarcoated the truth, but I knew every move he made was with my best interests at heart. I trusted him completely, especially because he was able to talk me down from some impulsive ideas that, in hindsight, would've only made things worse for me and my children. He saw the big picture even when I couldn't and he never strayed from that picture. In court he was calm, sharp, and strategic. Watching him work was genuinely impressive. He knew exactly when to speak, when to hold back, and how to expose the truth without ever raising his voice. I'm proud of how he handled this case and I'm incredibly grateful Liam was the one guiding me through it. Liam is the real deal, a class act, and if you let him lead you'll be glad you did. Thanks again Liam, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

I pursued Sam to write a POA on behalf of my mom and I have to say Sam didn't just do a good job…read more He did an outstanding job. Upon my picking up the POA, he sat down with me and went over the key elements particularly the fill-out sections in stark detail. He even went through the trouble of attaching a 'sticky' by each field with a description of who was to sign or complete. In fact, I don't think I can recall any professional in any field going into that level of detail to ensure success of a transaction. My mom and I went to our bank to have the document notarized and the notary commented on how impressed he was with the document and the level of detail that went into ensuring it got notarized and processed correctly. I will add that Sam's demeanor is unlike any I've seen before. What I mean is that his explanations are so logical and straight to the point. In spite of my mom still reeling from the loss of her husband (and my dad), Sam explained the details of the POA to her in a calm, logical and professional manner that made it easy for her to understand and put her at ease. Will also add that he gave me a $100 discount off the POA cost, which if I recall correctly was to help cover what my company could not since the POA was for my mom and not for myself. In summary, I and others were thoroughly impressed with Sam's level of detail and professionalism and with that being said, I would look forward to pursuing Sam for any future relevant legal matters.
