They had wrong, outdated address. I responded with updated address. They completely ignored it. How do I know? My brother visited my aunt's former house. It's now, macabre, display place for coffins. Oddly, mailbox is still there. He found letter from Klenk dated a year ago. Obviously, staff paid no attention to my update. Don't know if my Aunt Dottie ever received news about her inheritance. This doesn't stop them from sending out more unwanted junk mail and they clearly are not monitoring what is/isn't working but throwing money away in the same manner. Hardly the actions of a company you want to trust with your money. Add on to this and I have heard they have been laying off staff and lowering internal targets which sounds like they are running into other problems, all of which builds up questions about them and should make any potential investor wonder why go here and not to someone else?
