Holiday Inn Vacation Club and Interval Scam--Timeshare Owner Justice saved me! I was a victim of a timeshare scam by Holiday Inn Vacation Club and after spending $20K on their contract that I could not use was told I needed to upgrade into their international program Interval in order to expand the destinations available. I travel frequently and live overseas part of each year so I decided to agree to upgrade my membership despite my misgivings about Holiday Inn and their timeshares. This has been a complete disaster and even though I have paid for vacations with upfront reservations. My honeymoon was wrecked when the Antarana Resort in Thailand told me that my reservation was not "valid" even though I had already paid for it through the Interval website. My wife and I spent our honeymoon sleeping on the floor of the taxi drivers house and had to fly back to the Phillipines the next day. I tried to get a refund from Interval but instead they offered me a substitute vacation and when I arrived at the so called "resort" it was a one star hotel joke. Now that I had been scammed by Interval twice I was done. I spent six months trying to communicate with them and get a refund and get out of my contract but made absolutely no progress. A few months ago I hired Timeshare Owner Justice and I am very impressed. They were thorough, efficient and professional and put together a plan to pressure Holiday Inn and Interval to get me out of my contracts. THESE GUYS GOT ME OUT OF A BAD SITUATION WITH HILTON TIMESHARE My ex husband and I had purchased a timeshare in Florida with Hilton Vacation Club. A couple of months later they contacted me by phone and talked me into this fantastic upgrade deal that would give us a second timeshare without having to make a down payment and would result in thousands of points. It was during Covid so I thought it sounded great and agreed to the deal. Three days later my husband lost his job. I tried to call Hilton to cancel and it was a nightmare and they just ignored me and we were stuck with both timeshares and thousands a month in timeshare payments. We tried to keep up, but then separated and divorced and my ex and I were both supposed to continue making these payments but he did not follow through and pretty soon I was getting crushed. THEY GET THE JOB DONE Putting in a recommendation for the folks at Timeshare Owner Justice. Helped me get out of a bad and expensive situation. I had a bad deal where I got offered a Vegas vacation if I would go to a timeshare meeting. They were very pushy and promised me the world and told me that the unit would go up in value and I could rent it out because of Raiders Games. The Bluegreen agents were relentless and made it sound so good and I finally gave in just so I could get out of there. Then when my wife tried to book a vacation we found out that to go anywhere or even use it for a Raider game we would have to pay extra. The whole point of getting this was to lower vacation costs, that is not what happened. I tried to get Bluegreen to rent it out and that was a lie also. So I knew I needed to do something. Timeshare Owner Justice helped end my nightmare I had a timeshare that I bought with my ex-husband and another couple with Westgate. It was a nightmare, I got divorced and the other couple never paid and I never used the timeshare but Westgate kept collecting. Then I hired a company Reed Hein and Associates to get me out but that was a rip-off. They sold me this fantastic process but they never did any work, and all that happened was Westgate's legal department started contacting me. GOT THE JOB DONE FAST I made the mistake on a vacation to Florida of getting a timeshare from Holiday Inn Vacation Club. I thought Holiday Inn is a well-known company, this is a good idea. It turned out to be horrible. They never had availability when I wanted to go, and they lied about how much the yearly maintenance fees would be on top of the loan payments. I was referred to Timeshare Owner Justice by a friend because I was not going to keep paying Holiday Inn and they were calling me every day and at work to try and get me to pay the maintenance fees. When I first talked to them I was frustrated because I had paid a well known exit company I heard about on the radio to get me out of my contract and nothing was happening and there was no communication. Timeshare Owner Justice offered to look into that situation and told me they could help me get my money back from the exit company. The Timeshare Owner Justice team is amazing. The got mom out of two timeshares that she and dad had bought in the 80's. Dad died about 20 years ago and mom no longer traveled but she continued to pay the fees until she began to decline cognitively and physically and needed her money for medical bills. I had a bad timeshare deal with Hilton and due to health issues could no longer travel or use it. We tried to get Hilton to work with us and release us from the contract but they said sorry, you signed, just have your adult children use it.
