I ended up calling multiple times with no answer. I found another number which finally someone replied. After I expressed my interest and intent with the watch the person did not message me back. The watch was after removed from eBay 5 minutes after. The whole business started to seem a little shady to me. I ended up messaging the number the following day, the person replied the watch was "sold". I wish they had communicated this the day prior or at least tried to help a potential customer. Maybe by saying "hey maybe I can get another one, would you be interested?". The lack of customer service was incredible. Be very weary of doing any business with these people.

It's more of a watch shop, in my opinion. The parking situation is street parking. Mostly parallel, pay the meter, parking. I did see one small, full, parking lot. I had to park a few blocks away.
