I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. I inherited a dresser from my grandfather back in 1980 that was built in the early 1900's…read more Due to it's age, over the intervening years, it dried out and began to fall apart. The drawers stuck and the bottom of one of them simply fell apart and we lost part of it. After Chris picked it up, we found the missing piece and I sent him an email. He came and picked it up and put the original bottom back together. You can't even see the seam. The best part of the story is that one of the medallions around the lock on one of the upper drawers had come loose and I had put it into a small zip-lock bag. When the dresser was delivered, it was not installed. He said he didn't find it when he worked on it and I just assumed it got lost. A month later, he called and told me he had found it wedged in the bed of his pickup when unloading another job. He brought it over and installed it the next day! Absolutely fantastic work, the price was exactly as quoted and that included replacing a large oval mirror broken soon after I got it and service was absolutely tremendous! I recommend them highly and will use them again!

Their service is great. They communicate via text and email. They had a wait time but they gave us the option of picking up the sectional when they were ready. So we were without the couch for less than a month instead of months while we were next in line. They made my sectional look brand new and contacted me about ways to make it look better. They did an outstanding job. They have delivery service as well. I love the idea of reusing instead of putting this into a landfill. I highly recommend this company.
