Let me begin by saying, I was aware from the beginning, this estate sale was a huge undertaking. This was my first experience and I wasn't sure what to expect. I tried my best to communicate I was just expecting him to do what he said he would, but my feedback seemed to fall on deaf ears and get me little but frustration. Justin promised a lot and didn't follow through. He promised a final clean out which didn't happen. He didn't honor the contract - took 40% on items he was only to get 20% on. Quit responding to phone messages and texts. He's a smooth talker. We would sue if the amount owed was larger but in reality it is only enough to show his true character. read more
