I called Pearlman's two months ago and talked with an employee named John, who advised that I could bring as many pieces that I chose, and he would tell me what they might be worth. I called this date and he wants to charge for each piece with just a verbal quote, nothing in writing! He talked over me the entire time about his past, which is irrelevant at this time. If he functions like this, I would surely beware of doing any business with them.

Great service is so rare these days, but these folks knock it out of the park with an excellent and consistent customer experience.
