After install I asked was that enough hair, she insisted it was & my hair would blend on its own. She never styled my hair. Only brushed it. My hair color faded a week later and with not having enough hair I couldn't wear down. Hair reacted badly to redken. Spent several hours detangling. Would get super dry/wooly/shed. She continued to insist Indian hair is like &don't use redken again. Then she added 3rd row I AGAIN asked for her to cut to blend she refused saying I needed to train my hair/use hair spray. I AGAIN had to go back for my color and I told her about my concerns with the quality shedding/tangling asking her about the hair being cuticle aligned she insisted PERFECT LOCKS supplies quality hair & I asked AGAIN FOR IT TO BE BLENDED(CUT)She refused, dying it supposedly will fix it. (Supposed to be dark brown) hair dye was on my face/ears, she doesn't supply remover wipes. I came straight home, got in the shower. After washing my face etc. getting my hair soaking wet. It got super dry. Hair mask couldn't help revive it. I tried combing it through it started DREADING UP. The hair was wrapping all around each other: like the cut being all different lengths(the lengths BEING DONE WITH A RAZOR EXPOSED WHAT THAT HAIR REALLY IS , THE TRUTH. ITS NOT ANYTHING AMY CLAIMED. She blamed me when I texted her. Said extensions weren't for me. But didn't respond back to remove them. I went to sleep with dreadlocks the size of baseballs. We tried for hours that night to get them out. I tried contacting her again Sunday, no answer. I went to another location and had to pay for attempt to detangle there they told me that hair is mixed with synthetic & is not Indian hair. They said I had to remove it immediately or I will loose even more of my hair. They made videos/pictures of the entire process. I spent total of 175$ there while Amy ignored me. Was humiliated while they saw her ignore me. They couldn't believe how much I spent on that hair. I was SCAMMED BIGTIME. Amy knew I was new in the area, worked long hours and had special events coming up and was basically at her mercy. She didn't do anything she claims to do on her website/intro other reviews and pics of other clients. I never once left that salon with my hair styled in a manner I could leave & take one picture of my hair. After researching more & more online I saw everyone else blended&styledincluded in the service. My hair should have been right the first time. Not only did she sew garbage hair in my head causing my own hair to be cut out of my head, she scammed me on services never doing any of those things that are necessary with extensions. EXTENSIONS ARE MEANT TO LOOK NATURAL NOT OBVIOUS. After this I got beautiful extensions REAL NATURAL CURLY ktip had them over a month haven't had one issue. As someone who rarely had chronic pain I almost was certain it was a herniated disc bc of how swollen the skin and screwed up my posture was. I could actually feel each muscle so taut in my back I could feel where each knot was from a light touch. It didn't hurt day to day but any quick turn or head tilt would make me actually see my life flash from such a jolting shock of a pain that didn't go away after 2-3 months; if anything it seemed to get more and more tensed. Toss in the facial because my skin has been permanently flaking from the winter and here I am; This was the place with earliest availability--- and by far, fairest rates (despite still being out of my pocket range). I almost regretted walking in as the energy was so soft hums and more "zen vibes equals internal peace" then medical practice. To be far, it is listed as a spa and not a clinic. But anyways, it was very nice and registration/check in has been very short ~5 minutes. Despite filling out some preinfo, a lot of the questions were reasked before I was walked through what I should expect. Basically, change into a cableknit robe, undershirt, and slippers. Then get comfy on the table and they would handle the rest. Lights were dimmed for the massage, but on for the facial. Overall, both girls were friendly, outgoing but not intense. They were understanding that it was my first time at a spa, yet moved with confidence and good communication. That said during the treatment I was a bit disappointed at how lackluster both seemed initally. "An hour massage" barely hit 40 minutes in reality even with the clothes change; and it wasn't like they were entirely behind schedule. It was pleasant, but not quite the immediate relief I expected. I was hoping to be kneeded painfully and feel better via distractive methods. Same with the facial-- I felt refreshed but not significantly different-- to the point that I was questioning if they were students. My pores were scraped and extracted and I had a ton of warm towels that made my body permanently lethargic (but gave me more energy later in the day). All in all, each of the girls were nice and checked in on my experience a lot, yet it was neither amazing nor bad. Just fine. I think the reason for my lukewarmness is it felt like they were super experienced, but could only use a quarter of their skills. (Like using a 100 in 1 pressure cooker only as a steamer or something.) That said, while the rates seemed cheaper then nearby, I'd say the experience was-- while reasonable did not seem completely inviting. But that said about 4-5 days later, I wasn't planning to leave a review when I randomly noticed. Not only is my skin more balanced now (no additional product used yet), but the pain has dissipated almost completely. My back is still a little stiff, but I noticed a significant improvement on mobility (i.e. being able to sneeze without pain, turning atleast 15 degrees in one continuous motion). I was warned of soreness and told to ice, but didn't even though I asked them up their pressure/harshness. More importantly, the inflammation is completely gone. I'm convinced to go back.
