This is a barber shop" and called Cut It Again Sam. The woman that answered said they'd be more than happy to cut my hair as long as I could explain what I wanted as they specialized in barber shop haircuts. When I arrived at the barber shop, I was welcomed to an old school type barber shop, where its first come first served, you pull up a chair and you shoot the breeze with your barber as they cut your hair. You're there waiting as long as a cut takes. There were two dogs that just slept on the ground which I thought was lowkey adorable but it might bother people with allergies. When it came to haircut time, I cannot say anything but amazing things. My son on the spectrum had his haircut by an older gentleman; he asked me how N* would like his hair and he was so nice and understanding with him. He even made small talk with him the best he could. A middle aged woman cut my other son, B*'s hair. She asked him how he'd like it, asked my opinion and cut his hair all while chit chatting with him. I had a younger man with tattoos did my hair. He did amazing. He understood the assignment and I will be back for every haircut for my boys and I.

Two, I have now had a cut by all 3 Barbers there and every one of them has been great. Three, I once brought my 5 year old son who is afraid of getting his hair cut but here he seemed to be okay and they were kind and patient with him. Also they have candy and beverages which is a great touch for people waiting.

When I went to pay for my Senior Haircut instead of $28.00 as advertised it was $33.00 she said I had a style cut because they used scissors and electric razor. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Incidentally, I have previously been charged $28.00 for the same haircut. They tried to justify the price change but said the owner had not yet made the change but they were still charging me $33.00. This is very dishonest, you advertised one price but charged me a higher price. Then tried to justify a regular haircut as style. I didn't take a picture of the sign when I left and I should have. Today, I went back and they had changed all of their prices. I won't be back and will file a complaint with the licensing agency.

When I sat down, he was very courteous and professional, got me all set and then asked how I needed my hair cut. I told him I needed short on the sides and be gentle on top because I'm thinning. He asked if I had an appointment, because he does those in the morning and walk ins in the afternoon and I was very apologetic, I didn't know, and he said not a problem, I'm sure we'll get you taken care of before the next appointment arrives. We spent the time talking about my corvette and his brother's hot rods and just car talk in general. He was done before I knew it and it looked great. When I tipped him for being so understanding and so professional, he looked me in the eye and shook my hand and asked me my name.
