Found my self in that predicament where my normal barber is closed and I needed a cut that day... went to Yelp and chose the next highest rated barber... Moons.. Walked in and was immediately greeted and placed in a chair. Explained what I wanted and the moment the clippers hit my head I could tell she did not listen to a word I said. Walked out with the highest high and tight when I asked for a medium fade.. Looks like I'm wearing a hat for the next few weeks... I looked up all of the hair shops around that had good rating for kids hair. Well, my partner goes here, so I decided to give it try. Went in and thought there might be a sign up sheet. Then figured it was first come, first serve. But also if you're waiting for Ms. Moon, you'd be on a different wait time. I was extremely nervous. Waited in the waiting area for about 15 mins because we didn't have a specific barber we wanted. I should have gotten his name, but the man barber was the one that gave my son his haircut. I showed him a picture and told him what I wanted and he asked me a couple of questions. My baby (14 mo) looked nervous, but once he started on his hair, he was so comfortable. He loved talking to Ms. Moon, even tho she wasn't the one working on his hair. Also getting to watch all the other guys in the chair helped him feel comfortable. Overall we had a great experience! Just know there is a wait time! And because of so many people willing to wait, I'm sure this place is a great place, regardless of my experience! read more

I was gladly received by the barber, first come first serve. Hair cut was fine in the beginning, mid way she starts trimming the back of my head and nicking me, I shrug it off. I politely ask her after she's done, if she could round off the sides on the top, she didn't really do much. I'm dissatisfied with the cut and she tells me to go to a barber that's familiar with my hair, then continues to angrily swipe my card. Poor customer service at best, and if she would have been willing to correct her mistake I would have been more than happy to become a regular. Water under the bridge. Never coming back. read more

I think the barbers name was Suda but I could be wrong. after she absolutely gave me the run around about who was gonna cut my hair, and after she gave me a hard time saying she was cash only, she did a bad job cutting my hair. the fade was decent but she didn't even cut the sides of my head. I thought it was just me having too high of an expectation but after I got home and took a shower, I realized I had an umbrella on the top of my head! I ended up taking my own clippers to the side of my head to at least make me feel a a little better without a hat on. read more

I've been a couple times. Seems like the wait is always at least 45mins or more. The barbers lack consistency and they prioritize the quality of work due to the amount of customers waiting..an example would be they only razor shave and neck massage when the line isn't long. They'd rather move customers in and out than provide consistent cuts. Also, over priced. read more

Went here due to the great reviews. Was not the best barber by far. We weren't greeted when coming in and waited almost an hour for our turn. I showed the woman the haircut I wanted for my 10 year old. She tried to get it right ( probably a haircut I could of done myself.) The prices a crazy, I was charged $26 plus $4 tip to be nice. Went in, sat down and was told that the haircut I asked for was no good. Was then given a haircut I did not ask for, my requests were ignored and the sides are noticeably uneven. I have been to all kinds of barbers around the world and finding a barber who wants to cut a woman short cut rare. I was very happy that she accommodated me. The owner, (Moon) greeted me as soon as I walked in. Moon has complimentary massage chair, coffee/soda and tangerines. I notice the popcorn machine in the corner but it was too early for me She also have a great T.V in her waiting area. I was especially impressed by her hours 7:30 am- 7:30 PM 7 days a week. I absolutely loved this Barber! My husband just got a haircut and it was amazing!! The best haircut he has ever gotten! Moon paid so much attention to the shape of his head and adjusted to it, she offered me refreshments, she asked me if I wanted to sit in the massage chair! I don't think that I have ever received better treatment as a woman in a barber shop than I was treated here! The interior of the store is amazing, so clean! Kamal did an excellent job! I've been looking for a good barber since moving. I've now found my new barber here in Silverdale. Kamal exceeded my expectations and is a very talented barber. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they have snacks and refreshments as you wait. Walk ins are welcome, but you might have a longer wait. I recommend to make reservations before heading there.
