They have a very welcoming atmosphere. They play cartoons when kids are in the waiting area to help keep them occupied. The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful. My entire family is nearly love this place my boys get their haircuts my husband his shaves and trims my girls enjoy several natural hair styles! I go as often as possible nearly every weak to the beauty lounge next door not just for the best stylist in town but for the experience! I hate to miss a week! In addition, my children attended a hair and beauty spring break workshop for jr high high school girls and boys! My kids spent time with mentors who shared much more than hair care. The week ended with a hair show showing off their new skills. This shop does designs and cuts cross culturally on all types of hair. If I ever have to move away I will have to think twice because of the Barber & Beauty Lounge by Consel. Not one of the best shops in town they are THEEE best in town. Both the barber and beauty salon are comfortable relaxing and family friendly. They do amazing work that is incomparable. They are so good that i can go in the shop and say do whatever style you choose because i come out looking better than ever every time. So professional and personable and family friendly. You feel like family everytime you walk in. I used to go to the beauty salon and had been getting my hair done by Tovi since 2003 And recently decided to cut my hair and Ruben is now my barber but i trust anyone in the shop to work on my hair because the owners Tovi and Ruben also constsntly keep a close eye on all clients to make sure all clients still get the best treatment. Love their products and love the service there. It's a full service salon and Barber shop for all hair types, so you can get everything from facials, pedicures, hair cuts, relaxers, perms, local start and retouch, braids, colors, cut and styles, wash and sets, trims, all natural products for your hair, and skin.they even have ptoducts for men such as beard oil. They have a great coffee, great conversation etc. The owners and staff are pleasant and very friendly. The owners are very knowledgeable in all hair care. There is even a waiting area for adults and children with videos games, and movies. Wow...and that was from the website. I yelped for barbers in Bremerton prior to my vacation to Washington. This shop struck my interest from their website alone. I didn't set up an appointment, but was able to check in and be seen within 30 mins. The moment that I walked into the shop, I was immediately impressed. The atmosphere was very welcoming and extremely well kept. Joe was the barber that cut my hair and he was VERY METICULOUS with my cut. The outcome...ON POINT!! I wasn't able to get the black mask like I wanted due to his other appointments, but he got me in the very next day. Again, he took his time, explained the whole process, and proceeded with true professionalism. Yes, I would be a regular customer if I lived there. read more

Got my haircut by the owner, Reuben. His work is phenomenal! I can see why my co-workers recommended this shop. I didn't have an appointment, but he, and probably the rest of his staff were willing to cut for walk-ins too, which I greatly appreciate (next time I'll make one lol). The shop is clean, decked out with comic book style art, and music but not to the point that it's pounding and you can hear from across the street. Also, a hot towel after your cut, so all the better! I definitely recommend this place for a clean, and quality haircut worth your time and money. You won't choose wrong with this place! read more

A top notch business that provides excellent services and lends their talents to the communities of Kitsap County. Now located on both North and Central/South Kitsap areas. They offer a wide range of services for all kinds of hair, from braids to razor lines and to top it off this family owned business supports upcoming stylists. Definitely want to check them out! We are new to Bremerton and my husband really wanted to find a good barber. We looked online and found the Barber Lounge. We made an appointment with Reuben through their convenient online system! The shop was clean, the barbers were friendly and it was just a good atmosphere overall. As for the haircut? TOP NOTCH.
