Nyesha & Shaquille in Georgetown, SC were excellent and professional in helping me change carriers, choose a phone, and transfer data. Friendly and patient with a lengthy and tedious process! read more

I don't understand how there can be so many outages and for so long. The whole day today was without Internet. There's no way of contacting the local branch to find out why. They should have to deduct the down time from the bill...that would force them to keep it running. Plus they have gone up on my bill numerous times this year. I just cancelled the tv service completely...got a much better plan with frndly...more channels and the cost for the whole year is what I was paying per month. I wish I could ditch spectrum altogether but there isn't a good Internet service to replace them with. read more

best service i had in years and and when I need help with something spectrum is always there to help with questions so I give you guys five star for all the help that you gives I appreciate y'all!!! read more

My cable is reliable. Reliabley unreliable. Pauses, pixels... Annoying. Plus, the technology is at least a half dozen years behind other providers...i.e. Xfinity/Comcast. So stop boasting and get to improving your service read more

Spectrum Streaming through their Xumo is way behind in technology. There is no way to record anything and no way to make the last station you watched show up when you turn the TV back on. It just takes you to the app and then you have to find the station. There is no DVR recording at all. I did the self install. Kept it for two days trying to tweek it but it was not "tweekable". I will say this. The people at the new Spectrum office in Murrells Inlet by the Home Depot were wonderful. They gave me a great deal on TV streaming, mobile phone service and internet service. I'm just gonna wait until they square away the TV streaming becasue if they don't they will have no users. Do yourself a favor. Don't try to call them. Go to the Spectrum web page and make an appointment online and go to the store. The rep will help you and will be very nice to you. Get a print out of what you bought or ordered and keep it. Just leave your bad attitude at home. read more

1. You can't speak to anyone locally. 2. They do not know how to post payments correctly. 3. You will spend at least an hour each month TRYING to correct a statement. 4. You wil always have a late fee because the statement is wrong. 5. You will not get the advertised price for services. 6. You are better off with a tower antenae outside your house. read more

Just wanted to add this to my first review did cancel spectrum got HTC and have not had any problems since plus have cable on my five TVs and no boxes. And price is cheaper and so is my blood pressure not having spectrum problems every day! read more

If you have a choice, do NOT choose this company. They quoted a price for services over the phone. When they came to install, they said it would be $20 more per month than what I was quoted. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Because I was telling them that I was not happy with the cost of the service ( a second box in another room), they put me on hold for 25 minutes!! I finally hung up and called back, complaining to the rep about the situation and being put on hold. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the price was set and no one could adjust it, but they said that they could come and remove the box. I felt like I was talking to a wall. Quite rude and short! read more

Worst cable and internet provider ever. If you have any other options, seriously consider them. Check this out. I sold the house that had Spectrum cable and internet. I called and canceled service. Only after I did that was I told that they no longer prorate charges. See below: "In effort to make the billing process easier and more efficient, Spectrum is no longer applying a pro-ration with changes made within the billing cycle as of June 23, 2019. When adding and/or removing services the next bill will reflect the new amount with the services you have added and/or removed applied. Which also means, if the account is closed after the billing cycle started, the full month rate would still be due." It gets worse. I tried to downgrade services, maybe lessen the charge. They can't because the service has been disconnected. So I'm paying for three weeks of service but NOT GETTING THE SERVICE! read more

Spectrum Is absolutely the most incompetent company I have ever encountered and is totally lacking in customer service . It makes its predecessor look like the best cable service ever which we all know it was not. My husband and I traveled for work and I don't think it's too much to ask to come home and be able to turn on the television and it work Without performing an electronic gymnastics routine. This occurs every week with almost every television. Call me picky but I expect to press the on button and the television work can you be Not only did we have to go on a Saturday and retrieve our equipment but the phone support was so in adequate we went the entire weekend with one television partially working. We have five televisions in our home and we still have the only one that works consistently. To turn on the television in the bedroom you literally have to leave the drapes up and bounce the signal off the window which works part of the time. How's that for Hi tech. They have been to our home and we have spent hours on the phone with these incompetent people. You see their trucks in our neighborhood on a daily basis. We live in a very established MB neighborhood and have very few people moving in and out so one can surmise it's other frustrated customers. This company needs to be reported to the public service commission For their incompetence. Time Warner wasn't great but at least the television work when you turned it on.We are being billed for services we are not getting and it is not a small bill. In addition to that, after years of saying I would never consider a satellite television system, I am considering a satellite television system. We have previously lived in Atlanta for 18 years and never have I seen this level of incompetence with any service company Beware and go get DISH. read more

If you received a 'special announcement ' from Spectrum. Head line LOWER YOUR MONTHLY BILLS, BEWARE: It states $44.99 Tv and internet BUT read the fine print . That is for each! And there are additional charges like cable line $14.99 per month. I checked into internet + TV basic and 10 selected channels (I do not like tv) Base price $69.98 . When he added all additional charges it was over $110.oo per month. Brilliant scam. I am sure there would be additional charges for additional TV. I will keep my ROKU which is awesome. read more

We have had Time Warner (phone and internet) and DirecTv (for 20 years). We switched all 3 to Spectrum when it was 1st announced in our area. They have the most competent, respectable and hard working personnel on the planet. Their products exceed the quality of the old Time Warner internet and even DirecTv (which was a constant problem and expensive product). We couldn't be happier with this company. read more

Spectrum is the worst, I repeat, THE WORST cable company i havr ever been with by far. My two sons can't play online after their homework because every week before my bill is due, they cut off my internet. The service is terrible, they don't fix anything, and they're complete and utterly awful. Dont spend your money on this scandalous company. read more

I have lived in MB a week and have had the worst relationship with TWC Spectrum. Seems the only people you speak to are in the Philippines. I lost 3 days of pay spent more than 21 hrs dealing with CS technical. Absolute horrible company. read more

The signal is weak and goes in and out constantly. My children often have to go to the library to complete their homework assignments. When the techs do show up they do not fix anything. Time Warner was descent but now that "Spectrum" is involved the service is terrible and the rate is still expensive. I have no choice where I live but if you do, I recommend trying the other providers. read more
