We were referred to Dependable Senior Care by a social worker at Delray Medical Center in an emergency situation. My in-laws have no children in the area and my father-in-law had been admitted to the hospital. My mother-in-law cannot be left alone. The agency was able to get coverage into my in-laws home within two hours that very evening and the aid stayed there until I arrived at 1am! Since then, we have been using the agency for care in the home and have been very impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude of the aids. Ryan Rex, our primary contact, has been incredibly flexible. We have had to change the care hours multiple times with very little warning and Ryan has accommodated us with lightening speed and a level of empathy and understanding that far surpassed our expectations.
