It is not the customer's fault if you do not do your job. I have been charged the wrong price more than once at the store and today the manager was mean and nasty and blamed it on me that she did not do her job in the first place to change that price. Usually the cashier is outside smoking a cigarette and you have to stand at the register and wait on them to come in so the next door down the road is the best place to go. The customer is absolutely never at fault because you didn't do your job the way you were supposed to do it. That is your problem not your customers.

As I was waiting in line I noticed her telling new cars the wait was an hour and a half (it wasn't), and telling people they were stupid for waiting an hour for a chicken sandwich. Totally rude and bitter. I will not be coming to her store simply due to her bad attitude and behavior.
