I left messages but no one returned my calls. Two weeks ago I got a call and a email invoice asking me to pay for my tank and service for the next year. I told her about what had happened a few months ago and how I haven't been receiving their services. No real sympathy, just continued to ask for money telling me it was my annual service charge not a filling fee. I asked her to cancel my account and send someone out to get the tank. I followed this phone call up with an email. 2 weeks later the tank is still at my house, I have called numerous times and spoke to no one. I have left messages and no one calls back. And I have received no confirmation email that my account has been closed.

Wednesday closed. Thursday closed. Friday closed. Voicemail full. Saturday open the technician who came to service our fireplace and advised us to order new logs was at the desk. He claimed he does not even know the owners phone number. Obviously he does know who is employer is and how to contact them . He was not able to give us a receipt. I need answers from this company . I actually wanted to help PROMOTE this guys business and recommend him to others in my neighborhood, that is until I wanted them to add an outlet in my garage for my new garage door opener. I had to cancel the appointment merely 5 minutes after scheduling it, and the rude owner went off on me because I had to cancel. He claimed he had to pull 2 guys off another job to come do mine (and I was willing to pay the extra charge per hour at the time) but I unfortunately had to cancel not knowing that the guy from the garage door company came to look at the ceiling to make sure the new outlet could be located there due to my attic stairs. The owner was extremely hateful and rude towards me and rude and he said not to call him again for work. I won't EVER CALL YOU AGAIN buddy- and I will also make sure that everyone knows exactly how rude you were to me on the phone. You don't step on the hand that feeds you and even wanted to promote you to others just because of a cancellation 5 minutes after we had set the appointment. GOOD RIDDANCE ELECTECH.
