Approximately 20 minutes later received a call from the technician and he told me that he would be there the next morning, he would call me when he was on the way. Technician called about 11am and said he was on the way. He arrived and diagnosed the issue and had the repair done in about an hour. Pricing was fair for an emergency call for service on a weekend. Will be signing up for their annual maintenance program.

Outstanding! We had a 16 year old system that finally gave up on the hottest day of the summer. I…read morecontacted my brother in law a retired historic preservation expert who I knew had just installed a new air condition system while redoing the inside of his home. He immediately recommend I contact Dan of One Hour H&AC Crystal Coast. Dan came out and within 2 minutes he recognized the system that he had serviced when we first moved in. He also showed me why the old system gave up the ghost this time and why a new system was financially a better choice. I asked him for a recommendation and the next day he recommended a new system, all costed out. He patiently explained all of the improvements of the last 16 yrs.
