No calls back, no emails, nothing at all. The first time was to inquire about what I could do to address retaliation I had suffered after having been sexually assaulted. I wrote a lengthy letter explaining my situation to Mr. Egolf, who had been recommend by another lawyer, and received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. The second time I called Ms. Ferlic, again upon the recommendation of another lawyer. I wanted to inquire about suing a medical provider who was providing my spouse substandard psychiatric care. I received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from Ms. Ferlic, again completely blown off. A few months later my spouse committed suicide as a result of substandard care. If you need a lawyer to help you with actual real legal issues, do not go to Egolf and Ferlic--THEY WILL BLOW YOU OFF!!

It was quite a good "regular" clean but definitely not a deep clean. I had specifically asked for furniture to be moved but found it was still dirty under beds & couches. The floors didnt look like they had been cleaned. While they were still here we rang the manager and expressed concern. He told us to tell them and they would fix it.
