This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

The same problems persist to this day a year a half later. The carpet is bunching up in the corners, it is looking extremely worn in a lot of areas, and there is, what the carpet people call, "sprouting" continuously throughout every room. We received a letter from them a couple of days ago informing us they were no longer going to help and that they have done everything that they are going to do. I would not recommend these people to anybody, worst experience I could imagine buying carpet.

A 2 man, 2-day job turned into 8 business days. Installers showed up the 1st of 2 days at 11 am…read moreand left at 4 pm, sure they were friendly, however, didn't have a clue what they were doing. Customer Service shouldn't set up jobs knowing full well their installers can't complete the work as promised. Upon the 4th day, I asked the installers not to return. Too much to even go into detail. Cut carpet crocked in doorways and expected us to accept it. Didn't match the pattern in the stairwell, cut the last stair too narrow, and said it was the stairs (well we measured it and it was clearly an error on their part). Lastly, their Manager, if that is what you want to call him lied to our face during one of his many visits throughout the 8-day process and said he brought the owner's brother, the guy looked at me and said I am not!!! These are the type of people you will be dealing with, you can't expect to get the truth from anyone. If you want top-notch installers this is not the place for you. Mistake learned and this company was referred to me........... I had to follow up around the house and touch up the paint on the trim that they scratched all up, it was ridiculous. Run from this company. Nothing good can come from it.

Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!!
