They walk through first and pre-spot all troublesome areas. We have also had them clean the fabric upholstery and floor carpet in our cars: results = amazing! Didn't provide detailed photos of burned or ruined items. Continued not to do or provide things my adjuster needed then held my things hostage because they didn't get paid by her what they wanted when they wanted. Made excuses, contradicted themselves throughout the many email exchanges. Tried several times to get my bank account info to get money from me instead of my adjuster/ins as she'd asked them to do. Threw away the one dress I'd asked them to bring back no matter what. The workers were courteous and mindful of my pets but things often didn't go the way they explained they would. They unboxed things I had boxed to trash and took them to clean and boxed up things I said I needed to live bc I still lived in my house throughout it all. Had to buy things over again when I didn't have money to spare because of it. They also showed up without warning on a couple occasions to work the entire day. They refused to return my things until they got their ins money even though they delayed the payment themselves by not doing as the adjuster asked. Then wanted to bring it back after they'd settled when the contractors were here rebuilding the house and there was nowhere to put it. The workers were decent but management made a nightmare situation so much worse.
