Their deliveries are timely and Matt, the driver, is always courteous and helpful. Austin, in the store, knows his products and can offer solid advise. The ladies on the registers are always smiling and I have NEVER found a discrepancy with totals. They remind me when I have discounts available and I get an end of year statement that is incredibly helpful. I enjoy visiting the Hot Springs store!

My dad ordered the Officer's Club sandwich (ironically, since he was an officer in the Air Force). I ordered the Rubicon (Rueben) but subbed the rye for white bread since I absolutely hate rye. I don't like Swiss cheese either but they didn't seem to have provolone. My mom ordered the Rubicon as well but I also ordered the fried apple pie. The pie was flaky and delicious just like an empanada or apple pie should be. It was sweet and gooey and thanks to my lack of a breakfast this morning... gone in about 11 seconds. My mom had to pull it away from me (literally) for a bite of it. These would be great snacks on the go or just to get a bunch for, oh I don't know... camping, road trips... waiting on a flight at the airport? This is the best damn Rueben I have ever had! There is so much thinly sliced meat from their grass-fed beef that you can definitely taste the difference! The sauce is a little like mustard versus most thousand island and is enough for flavor and not too overpowering. The bread is toasted and has a little crunch while still being airy. The sauerkraut is crunchy and perfectly fermented. The sandwich, apple pie, and chips was more than enough to fill me for lunch! Both my parents raves about their sandwiches too. They live a couple hours away but stated if they were in the area they would definitely be back. I told them the next time they pick me up from the airport I hope they bring me back a Rubicon on white bread. Try it and taste the deliciousness for yourself!

Went here to get 4 new tires for my car…read more I had a very knowledgeable salesperson. I believe I got some very good Bridgestone tires. They were quick to put my new tires on and realigned my tires so they wouldn't wear more quickly (which I thought was very nice). I even was informed that I could go to any Firestone store and show them my receipt and get my tires rotated for free! That was nice. Service great, price great. Friendly staff. Only problem was the outdatedness of the store. they had a water leak stain on the wall and it looked like mold was growing on it. They also had very, and I mean very, outdated computers on their desk. It looked like that came out the same time Atari was popular. The couches in the wait area were very old and had tears in them. There was even a baby pacifier under the table. Could use a makeover and needs to be brought up to date with modern computers and gadgets.

When asked if they even have the Kendall synthethic blend oil, nope. How about oil filters? Well, they go buy one at the local parts store if a customer actually wants an oil change.
