The two previous reviews combined together are an adequate viewing of the Woodbridge Condominiums…read more Your individual apartment is individually owned, which can be good or bad, but the complex is run by an indifferent management company. While my condo was nice, colleagues a building down had a terrible experience. I lived here for 2 months so I think I can give a pretty good overview. My condo was on the third floor of the middle set of buildings on the upper street. We had a pretty view from our balcony, and the apartment was very nicely stocked. We had plenty of plates, cooking equipment, cookware, 500+ cable channels, good internet, lots of blankets and pillows, and plenty of comfortable furniture. Everything in the condo is very dated and used but clean. We did have major issues with running out of water and not having hot water, which was super annoying. However, we had plenty of towels and a small stock of toilet paper to start. The major perks of this complex are the the pool and the location. You can walk to Clark's Market, Sundance Linquor, Mountain Bayou, and Taster's, which was really nice after work. There is also a Snowmass shuttle service that will drive you to anywhere in Snowmass, and the RFTA bus stop is a short two minute walk from the entrance of the complex at Faraway Road. I also loved having a pool, and it was usually clean, although occasionally filthy. Other than that, the management does a fairly poor job of maintaining the complex. The hot tub was boarded up all summer, and it would have been nice to use on cold nights. When I went to pick up my parking permit, I pointed out that our parking seemed to be over crowded with people who did not have permits. The woman at the desk told me that, "That's just how it is here." She was super lazy, and we were almost always out of parking. Our condo was supposed to get weekly house cleaning, and it never came all summer. Finally, despite having no water pressure, my tub drained super slowly, and there was no one to help. So while my condo was fine, this complex leaves a lot to be desired.

Well the good news is this place is cheap. You can definitely stay here on a budget. Also the…read moreshuttle service between Woodbridge Condos and Snowmass/Aspen is very strong, although that's more a credit to the shuttle service than it is to the condos themselves. Unfortunately, that's about the extent of the positives. What's wrong with Woodbridge Condos? -The condos are SMALL. Way smaller than they look in the pictures. -There is literally nothing in the kitchen. If you plan to cook, be ready to buy your own salt and pepper -You would think that a place that advertises it can fit six people in a two bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa would be prepared with enough pillows in the condo so that everybody could have one. Unfortunately this was not the case, and when we called the association there was not a single pillow to be found. People had to sleep with towels under their heads. -The hot tub here was not working for the first three days we were here. It was sitting at around 80 degrees, which is really not enough to even keep the blood flowing out in the cold up at altitude. I don't know about you, but I really can't go a day of skiing without getting into a hot tub afterward. This was unacceptable. So yeah... i mean its a roof and its not too far from the mountain. But I'd way rather pay a few extra bucks and be comfortable and happy.

This place was not any good! I was so excited to go to this condo because it was pretty expensive…read moreand the photos looked nice. Once I got there I was disappointed, the decor was horrendous and the place looked like it had been made in the 1700's. That's not even the worse part! I walked into the bathroom and the lights were flickering and when I tried to use the dresser drawer the drawer fell out! I was in shock. But I decided that it was not that serious and I walked to go take a shower I turned it on and the whole handle fell off I tried to make it work and repair it but the whole shower stoped working! We called the front desk and they said a Plummer was going to come out but NO, during my whole visit the Plummer did not come once! Around two days after the shower I called the front desk again and the had no clue what to do. Also the hotel did not inform us that there was going to be construction while we stayed so there was lots of noise the whole time! Next off the pool I was so excited to go take a nice relaxing dip after worrying about the shower all day so I went down ready to swim... THE SWIMMING POOL WAS GREEN!!! You could not see the bottom because it was so murky and trashy and it looked like it had not been cleaned in years! Other things that went wrong was the bathrooms yet agin, the water did not turn on in our sink for like a whole day, we could not wash our hands or anything! And when you used the toilet you would have to hold the flushing handle down for a while until it would actually flush. What a disappointment! And I had to shower in my kids shower because mine did not work and the faucet knobs did not work, I could only access the coldest water like what the heck! It said that some renovations had taken place but I went here 20 years ago and it was the same! The whole point is don't waste your money on this place when you can get a much nicer place for less money and the same place. If I could do 0 stars I would. I demand a refund!

Condo # 103 Awful!…read moreDo not waste any money with this condo. It's grungy, bed linen is years & years old! We are family of 5... it was advertised to sleep 6. There was only beds & bedding for 4. No extra sheets, no blankets what so ever. The couch smells really bad. The fire is impossible to keep going. Beds were very uncomfortable. The cups were stained. When we arrived the kitchen table was dirty. There was absolutely no upside with this property, don't waste your money. I wouldn't stay for free if offered

When I say "path," I mean walk five steps and you are on the actual run. It's pretty freaking fantastic. In the morning, it was so easy to walk downstairs, grab my board, strap in, and shred down to the base where the gondola and lifts are located in the village. The room was very nice. Since it was the last room on the side of the building, our windows and balcony faced the slopes. We could probably just have hopped down from our balcony and gotten on the mountain (lol!) - although I would not recommend that and it's probably not allowed. Our unit was clean and they have a daily cleaning service that comes in. Our room had everything you would need for a kitchen. It also had a washer/dryer. One of our bedrooms had three single beds, which was very nice because we had five people in our group, so everyone got a bed. The bad part was that my bed had a huge dip in the middle, so it made for an awful nights' rest. I have only two other gripes, aside from the very uncomfortable bed. First, I don't think that the heat in the living area was allowed to exceed 68 degrees. So it was pretty cold in there almost every day. Second, this condo does not have hot tubs on premises. That is an easy dealbreaker for me, but I didn't book it, so I had no choice. They have a deal with a sister-condo up the hill for use of their hot tubs. But that's certainly not what I want to do after a day of shredding: get in my swimsuit, wait for a bus, or hike up the hill, to get to a hot tub that is on another premises. We crashed the hot tub in the building right behind ours, which was fine, but apparently not technically allowed. Check in was pretty easy. The units have old-fashioned keys - not the slider cards. Don't lose the key or you will be charged a big fine, which they warn you about. The building is "up the hill" from the mall - I guess most condos are. But it's a bit of a hike to climb up from the mall area. Overall, I would return to this condo once they get the hot tubs going again.

There was also a special going on which allowed us to book lift tickets and rentals at half price. The condo was very nice and we all enjoyed our stay. It had a small living room with a couch, 2 chairs, a table, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen had a center island for prep, a long table with chairs and a bench, an oven/range, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer with ice/water, a dish washer, and a washer/dryer. It was also fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. There's also grills outside which we got some use out of, it was a nice Weber in good shape and we made some delicious burgers on it. There was a downstairs bedroom with a king bed and it's own bathroom. Upstairs there were 2 rooms with 2 beds each and a bathroom to share. The third room upstairs had a king bed and a bathroom. I was a little disappointed because the description of all the 4 bedroom condos online state that there is a fireplace in the master bedroom however ours did not. The bed I slept in was comfortable and I didn't hear any complaints from anyone else. The hot water tank isn't that big so the last 1 or 2 people to take a shower took a cold one. The water pressure was great and I felt quite refreshed. Shampoo and soap are included and seemed to be of decent quality. Towels were changed out every day. We turned on the TV once or twice and it seemed to have a decent selection of channels. All the bedrooms had an alarm clock, some had iPod docks. The heat in the condo worked well however make sure you set the humidifier properly. Check in and check out were a breeze. They will give you as many keys as you want but if you lose them it's a $100 charge. Parking for up to 2 vehicles was free. The hot tub closes at 9 which is a bummer, we didn't even get a chance to use it because we were busy most the day until 10. The condo worked out great for our trip and I would highly recommend looking in to them if you're traveling with 6-8 people.
