We rented an absolutely beautiful condominium at WOODRUN PLACE over Spring Break this year. In the many years we have been on ski vacations, WOODRUN PLACE is our favorite lodging choice! The condo overlooked the VILLAGE EXPRESS chairlift and the view was fascinating...constantly changing and always interesting. We could ski-in and ski-out easily and the large ski-locker room made preparing for the day simple. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the large dining room table provided, not only ample space for our family of 7, but plenty of room for games and conversation! Although the free shuttle service was excellent, the short walk to the main village was (about 1/2 mile) was delightful. The property was well-maintained and any calls and questions were addressed immediately. We will definitely stay at WOODRUN PLACE on future visits. read more

We could not have loved this location any more! We were blown away by the size and decor of this beautiful destination. So many great amenities including heated pool, hot tub, full kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. The shuttle within snowmass village was a huge help in getting around, and front desk staff were knowledgeable in answering any questions that popped up. Our only regret is not staying longer. We are looking forward to coming back and seeing the beauty of this Woodrun Place in the winter months next time! read more

Excellent choice for a family ski vacation. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the shuttle service took us everywhere local that we wanted to go. This is a true ski-in / ski-out location. We were in our skis and on the slopes in minutes. The accommodations - a spacious three bedroom condo that was built in the 1980s and can use a facelift. We were in Unit 43, which had decent views of the mountain but what really stood out was the proximity to the small ski rental shop - you can literally walk there in your socks (not a typo!) , that's how close it is to the unit. We were four adults and three kids and slept very comfortably. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the best sleeps I've gotten in years. The property provides fire wood, fire starters, and long matches to assist in building the fire for the condo fire place, which we had roaring whenever we weren't skiing. The property also provides a shuttle to take you anywhere local which was a huge bonus since there's very limited Uber and Uber eats. Cleaning: they told us they do cleaning every other day following the second night. We asked and received an extra day of cleaning, no problem. Area: There are a couple of bars and a skating rink that are walking distance, but since Snowmass is more family oriented, it isn't really a nightlife kind of place. Snowmass has great restaurants and bars on the mountains though, great lunch venues while skiing throughout. That was our main meal. There's also a supermarket nearby where we bought all breakfast and dinner food and snacks. Airport: It's a breeze to get back and forth to the airport, which is about 10-15 minutes away. Greenery: Unlike Vail, you can legally purchase flower, pre-rolls, vapes cartridges etc at the small shopping center dispensary nearby without hassle. This is more of a 4.25 rating. The place just needs some modernization and daily cleaning to put it over the top. read more

Nice big condominiums at Aspen Snowmass Village. Woodrun Place - Destinations by Hyatt. Our condo was units 15/16, Four Bedrooms, Five Bathrooms and the most lavish kitchen of any properties we have stayed at among various ski resorts. We are a party of nine and this unit accommodated us very well and everyone had their own space. Dining room was huge and adjoining Living Room was entertaining as well. Pricy for one week but we have no regrets and would stay here again. BUT note - this unit is three levels and has lots of stairs. The promotional pictures make it look like it has a loft and all else is on one level (Not). Major money has been put into this condo and all these superior upgrades make you feel like a million bucks. Hyatt desk staff was absolutely fantastic. Hyatt uses their other property Stonebridge as a main contact number and the Stonebridge staff needs to be "replaced" due to their lack of service and rude staff members. Woodrun Place should be embarrassed to be associated with Stonebridge. Hyatt offers free shuttle service to/from the ASE airport. Our recommendation for this property - take the twin beds out of the downstairs room and replace it with a queen bunk with twin top bunk. Overall, this unit is top in its class. A home for family & entertaining. read more

This place is a dump. We booked the Hyatt way in advance, confirming multiple times, including on the day of our arrival, that we would have 3 king beds. We were sent photos of a beautiful condo, and read great reviews. When we checked in, the place was in bad shape, and we didn't have the 3 king beds. One room had old shabby twin beds, one had a queen. No manager was on staff... all week. We waited an hour and a half for the resort staff to call a manager when we checked in, but they were unable to even look at other accommodations for us. It's been two weeks and we still have not received a call or email back. The booking agent has ignored us. The condition of the condo was in disrepair, and not something anyone should be expected to pay $9,000/ week for. The bed spread was torn, carpet was dirty and fraying, and windows were broken so you could not open them. A smashed cocktail glass was sitting in the middle of the drive and hit our tire- nobody was taking care of the grounds. Book anywhere else. read more

We loved our stay at the Woodrun Place Condos in Snowmass. We stayed in Unit 32 (modern and beautiful) and spent a week in Spring (April) enjoying the ski-in-ski-out convenience of Woodrun. The condo is situated right next to the base of the Snowmass mountain, the complex has all amenities you could want (spacious, great views, access to pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and free shuttle service anywhere in Snowmass). The staff at Woodrun were friendly and helpful and we loved everything about our stay. We will be back and highly recommend Woodrun condos. read more

We stayed there for two weeks this summer and we were very happy! The staff at the front desk were overly exceptional and ours housekeeping was great as they did a quick clean and made our beds every day. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I would equate five stars as a five-star condo. But for the price, Wood Run was a great value and I will stay there again next year. read more

If you want a fun easy vacation....DO NOT COME HERE! First there were no phones in the unit. And it took the front desk a morning and afternoon of trying to call us for them to figure it out. Finally, they thought to send a repair person up.....Yep NO Phones! Totally screwed up the day.Then they wanted a real estate agent to be able to show the unit.....really? Then the maid wouldn't show up until we were just getting back from skiing,,,,,Aw...no!!! No ironing board or iron.I could go on and on...... read more
