Nobody came, so I reported it again in January and February. Nobody showed up until March 2022. The poor homeowner had to pay for floor replacement because the problem was left for SO long. We struggled to get return calls from C & C and when we did, we often received conflicting information. Monique does everything she can to take deposits from renters. We were charged $320 to clean a house that was cleaner than we moved in! She nickels and dimes the deposits until there is nothing left, while badmouthing the owners and saying they are the problem. We moved out of a property in July and as of October we have still received none of our deposit back. The only response we have gotten is, "I have 60 days to return money if you have any left". This is the most unprofessional and dishonest rental company I have ever dealt with. If you decide to use this company, be prepared for dishonesty and no professionalism. They demand their money up front and quickly, but do not return deposits. Watch your back!

If you want them to perform routine maintenance, respond quickly to emergency needs (sewer back-ups), or maintain regular communication with you as a property owner, you are out of luck. DO NOT HIRE THEM to manage your property. Your property will end up worse off than how it started and you will not be getting even a basic value for the money you pay them. Following a recent unnecessary flood at our property Cheryl and Co's staff blamed everyone from the tenant to the handyman and then me for their complete mismanagement of the situation. The lack of acknowledging where they had completely dropped the ball speaks to a basic lack of professionalism and integrity. As a long-distance landlord, the logistics of taking them to small claims court to recover the damages are not realistic. Save yourself the cost and the stress and find a different property manager. Cross-posted to both sides of the business as the ownership/management and presentation of the company is the same.

When the installer from Budget Blinds of the High Country came to install our blinds on 7/12/21 the color of the shades did not match the colors originally discussed with the business owner during our consultation on 5/6/21. The installer said that he forgot three of the shades at the warehouse and would have to schedule another installation date for the missing shades. After multiple attempts to call, text and email the owner to discuss our concerns and issues, we finally received a response a week later via email but have been unable to have an actual conversation on the phone. During our original consultation with the business owner on 5/6/21 we discussed the importance of safety and the plan to mount the cords along the four windows in the living room so that the strings were not a hazard. When the installer arrived on 7/12/21 he thought there were only three shades in the living room (we ordered four) and said that he couldn't mount the cords. To our shock, he said we will just need to keep an eye out for kids and pets around the strings. Even though every project is "custom" and the three missing shades (one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom) were simply left behind at the warehouse, we have recently been told by the business owner that he is waiting on parts for the cords and doesn't have a magic wand to tell us when this project will ever be completed. We paid for the project in full on 5/6/21 to take advantage of a promotion that was only available with pre-payment at the time of the consultation. Shame on us for trusting this business to complete the project after being paid in full. For multiple weeks we have emailed the owner asking if he has any intention of completing this project (in which he has received our full payment) and have still not received a response.
