Not a "Rack". The sauce was nothing special, just a commercial bottled product. Not "fall off the bone" tender either. I had to ask for extra napkins too. Most places bring them with the meal. The coleslaw was as tasty as the plastic container it came in. My Wife ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was cut up into small pieces and dry. She had to ask for extra dressing just to eat it. The dressing was just bottled and nothing special. Service was OK at best. Not impressed, won't be going back.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. She ordered it cooked Medium. When it arrived at the table, it was barely warm and extremely rare. It was barely cooked. The huge wad of unrendered fat evidenced the fact that it had seen very little heat. The Waiter assured her that he would take it back and have it made right. When it came back, it appeared to be the same piece of meat that had been reheated. My guess is that they submerged it in Au Jus (basically boiling it) to hasten the cooking process. It should never have left the Kitchen in the first place and the second effort was not much of an improvement. The accompanying Mashed Potatoes were dry and unappetizing. Asparagus was scant but good. I had the Beet Salad with Grilled Chicken. It was excellent. Sadly, the "Prime" Rib debacle will keep us from going back for Dinner.
