We came here as a family on Christmas Eve for the candlelight service. They offered five services throughout the day, and we decided to go to the 1pm one. The whole church was beautifully decorated for the season. There were two official photo stations for families, but honestly, you could take a picture anywhere and still get great Christmas vibes. There was a huge Christmas tree in the center of the lobby and giant nutcracker statues by the entrance--super festive. They also had several drink stations with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, apple cider, plus cookies for everyone to enjoy. The service itself was wonderful. The message really focused on the heart of Christmas and our Savior, Jesus. At the end, we lit our candles and worshipped together with classic Christmas songs, remembering God's love and grace. Our whole family loved it and had such a meaningful time worshipping together. read more

Friendly, tun and energetic church full of the Holy Spirit, and plenty of ways to connect through small groups, events, etc.! We were hesitant about a big church but this does it right and the pastors and leaders are truly humble genuine servants of the Lord, even accepted feedback on occasion. We are grateful to attend and invite others to Timberlake! Check out Worship Night Feb 22 and women's event in April! read more

Friends invited to attend a service at their church and a Labor Day BbQ gathering afterwards. The pastor gave a very thought sermon and we could definitely relate to his message. Prior to the service, complimentary coffee, tea, donuts, cheese, beef jerky, bitty water was provided Everything was plentiful. Bbq hamburgers and franks with all the toppings we're provided self serve, along with soft drinks coffee, tea, bottled water. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Had a very nice time. read more

We have enjoyed coming to this coined "Mega Church". It's hard to get to know people unless you volunteer or join a small group. Otherwise, there are plenty of people during the 10:15am service. We miss Ben Sigman but also appreciate Pastor Dave Nelson. read more

Timberlake Church is the best church that I have ever attended. The best part about it is that the people are genuinely nice, loving, and truly have a heart for service to each other, the community, and the world. Highly, highly recommended! read more

We went to see Lisa Harper last week. Wow, amazing as usual. This is such a beautiful church, people were so friendly and helpful.

I didn't grow up going to church, though I always believed in God. When my son was 10 he asked if we could go to Timberlake Church as he had friends that went there. I agree and we went the following Sunday. I was a little anxious pulling up. But as soon as we approached the doors all that melted. Smiling faces greeted us, pointed us in the right direction for my sons class and where service was held for me. I felt like I was home. I love that the pastor is someone you can talk to after service or via email during the week. I have now been attending Timberlake for 10 years...I love their mission and approach. Everyone is welcome. read more

The worship was amazing! The kids program is truly impeccable. Most of all very welcoming and friendly staff.

I've been attending Timberlake for about 11 years and gotten to grow up seeing most areas of their youth ministry and then their young adult and main service programming. The worship and message is authentic and thought-provoking. The facility is clean and feels very safe. And the love and care that all of the staff members and volunteers show everyone who walks into Timberlake is so appreciated. read more

Timberlake is a warm and welcoming place. From the moment we first attended this church we felt at home, much unlike any other large church facility we had previously attended. The children's programs are first class and so creative and the intellect, wisdom, humor and biblical teaching from the stage is second to NONE! read more

Have spent the past two years in Washington, at this church. Our family of four has loved being a part of it. VBS is excellent, as are the growth groups. Definitely take time to visit. read more

My husband and I moved to Redmond last summer right after we got married. As newlyweds and new to the area we started "Church shopping" around the eastside. After visiting Timberlake we were instantly drawn to the church and didnt want to look any further. We started regularly attending Aug 2012. Timberlake has been such a blessing in our lives in many ways. The messages are challenging, practical and direct. Pastor Ben always gives you a reason to laugh at some point during his sermon. I love that Timberlake is invested spiritiaully and financially not only in the local community but around the world. Timberlake's heart for helping the lost, broken and hurting as Jesus calls us to do is incredible! We joined a growth group right away and some of our closest friends in this area have come from that group. The size of the church is perfect, small enough to recognize others and get to know the pastors, but large enough that you dont feel like an outsider coming in and plenty of new people to meet every Sunday. read more

My family attended the Castle Rock Timberlake Church for several months. All was great while they believed we had money to tithe. Once they found out our financial situation wasn't what they thought it was we were ignored. I'll never go back to this church, it's a place that focuses on money more than its people. read more

There is no pressure at Timberlake and Pastor Ben speaks in a way that is not "preachy" and more like a conversation. I also appreciate that the services are always about an hour. read more

My family and I have been attending Timberlake for the past 8 years. I can't say enough about how comfortable we feel here. My kids are excited about the youth program and are involved in Student ministries here. They look forward to going every week. My husband and I have drawn closer to our faith through the many small group classes we've taken and have made wonderful friends here. read more

We loved Timberlake from the time of our first visit. People are real, genuinely caring about you when you walk in the door. The children's church is so well organized, so engaging. Every teacher knew our children's name when they left and invited them back. The worship at Timberlake is deep, but comfortable. The messages are so authentic, so practical, so true. We left with so much to contemplate and a deep desire to know more about Jesus and His Word. I highly recommend Timberlake to mature Christians, those searching for faith or those who don't think they believe at all. read more

I've been to Timberlake for Easter service and it was an awesome experience. The people were warm and welcoming, the music was great, and the message was on point. I would recommend this church for anyone but especially for families. Great community feel! read more

This is an outstanding church community matter what your level faith is. If you have never gone to church before then I can't think of a better place to start. After moving from the Midwest, my husband and I were trying to find a good bible based church with people our age (later 20's newly married ish). We got a mailer from Timberlake, decided to go and have been there for about a year now. Our best friends in the area came from our small group. The community and effort Timberlake puts into the attenders, the community and even areas across the ocean is genuine and exciting. At the very least, try it once! read more

Love Timberlake Redmond! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and we love coming here. Very relaxed atmosphere and we enjoy attending as often as we can. read more

We started going to this church about 4 weeks ago, and have found the attendees and staff there to show nothing but kindness, love, and acceptance - all with a genuine smile and joy. They teach directly from the Bible which is stated on their website. I find the policies here to be more modern and in-touch with contemporary issues that we all face each day. To listen for yourself, I would recommend listening to a few of the messages on http://www.timberlakeonline.org/resources/media/ so to make your own fair assessment of the church's policies/views. In addition, the programs provided for the children are excellent, and both our toddlers enjoy going to church here. The music can be a little 'rockish' and loud sometimes, but the talent singing and performing the music are all very talented and sound like professionals. I feel that if you live on the eastside and looking for a modern refreshing church that teaches God's Word in a loving, not 'fire and brimstone', manner and where the messages are actually filled with the pastor's humor, personal stories, and jokes- then this may be the church for you (as it is for me). By the way, the congregation is made up of all walks of life (age, race, gender, and income status). Check this church out and decide for yourself- you will likely be surprisingly pleased. read more

Been attending for more than 10 years and our teens are the first ones up on the weekend to make sure we go!

Our family felt welcomed and accepted for who we are from the first time we attended a service at Timberlake. Their kids program is amazing - our children can't wait to go to church each week. We quickly got plugged into a growth group and now have a genuine community of friends to do life with. read more

Many churches today are full of religious people that are looking for what is wrong with everyone else. Timberlake is not this type of church. It is a place where people can be real with each other and be themselves. Timberlake isn't about religion. They exist to help people find and develop a relationship with Jesus. And they have something for everyone. Kids, students, and adults will leave church enouraged, challenged and wanting to come back. read more

Timberlake is awesome. I began attending there as a teenager and now 17 years later i am still proud to call it my church home. It has grown and changed over the years I've attended but it is a place where everyone is welcome and they leave encouraged. I've gone to other churches to visit, but love returning home to Timberlake. From the preaching and music to the coffee and bagels, it is fantastic. it is where I love spending my Sunday morning! read more

Lots of time is spent asking for your money. Obviously an expected part of a service, but this church seems to focus on money a lot more than most. A bit high pressure. This also is one of the "relevant" churches that tries so hard to be "cool" and hip. It's a bit much. Lots of flash, not a lot of warmth. read more

Timberlake has been our home church for 4 years now. My endless suprise with our church is how it feels small even though it is a good size church. The commutity feel to it is amazing. People are friendly, it's extremely welcoming, and Pastor Ben never fails to deliiver a scripture filled sermon that is also very relatable to our current times. The kids program is fabulous and I am so grateful to be able to say Timberlake is our home church. If you are searching for a church you really should visit on any given Sunday. You will see how truly wonderful Timberlake is. read more

Awesome Church!! They keep absolutely true to their motto which is "Casual atmosphere. Serious Faith. No weird stuff." Everyone is friendly and warm without getting in your face. The kids program is really fun and high energy. The pastor is super funny and his sermons very relatable. It's a place where you can just come and worship or dive in and volunteer. You're level of involvement is totally up to you with absolutely no pressure. My family and I are volunteers and after working with most of the staff and seeing behind the scenes we can honestly say that Timberlake is exactly what it represents itself as. These people are definitely disciples of Jesus Christ! No one there is perfect and they don't try to act like it but everyone is doing their best to walk the walk. Great small group selection, great event coverage (Christmas, Easter, Sehawks Season). Can't say enough good things!! read more

This is a review for Timberlake church, more specifically the campus in Issaquah. When we moved to Issaquah 2 years ago, our first priority was to find a church that fit in with our family. We visited a few different churches in the area. Our priorities were bible focused messages, a great pastor, and a great kids ministry. We were skeptical about a church in the movie theater at first, but once we visited we were comfortable from the start. Nice genuine people, non pretentious atmosphere, and really a "come as you are" feel. The message from the Redmond campus is projected onto the screen, with the worship team on site. The pastors of this campus, Bryan and Thuy Rees, made us feel at home along with all who serve there. We started attending a growth group which really expanded our relationship with God. It's added such an amazing presence in our lives and we are so thankful to have found our church home. I hope anyone thinking of visiting a church in the area try out Timberlake. read more
