After years of stress & anxiety, I finally decided to get some help. I tried a number of therapists, but it was a lot of talking. I believe they are good people with good intention & ethics, but it didn't help me. Tim and his hypnotherapy did help me understand myself, to connect with my subconscious. I have been visiting Tim Thornton periodically since November last year and continue to do so. My reason for seeking out hypnosis initially was to manage anxiety and stress as I as going through some personal situations including a separation and subsequent sale of my home. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. After initially seeing Tim to give up smoking (which I did, just like that and will never go back!) I booked in for 4 sessions to help get rid of some limiting beliefs that have been holding me back from expressing myself and causing anxiety.
