Mike is incredibly thorough, seems to actually care about his patients, takes his time with you and always resolves the issues you present with. Our daughter sees Felicity, she is remarkable with children and very gentle. In fact, after a long time of our girl refusing to see a chiro, she now asks us to go and see Felicity! The front desk staff are always friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful in getting clients in, even very very last minute. We feel welcomed every time and we can see their interactions with other patients is the same. This location has a great vibe and feel and we truly feel lucky we've found such a great place so close to home. Although they encourage re-booking they are never pushy or make you feel uncomfortable unlike many other chiros we've been to.

She was recommended to me by a friend and I had the most incredible experience whilst in the session. She works on the subtle energy fields that are within and around the body. I experienced some bizarre sensations and everyone is different, but I certainly left there with more clarity than before. It is a fascinating journey, the one of self discovery, so if you have and concerns whether they be environmental, physical, mental or emotional and you have tried everything or just want to try something different then I suggest you go and see this wonderful healer. The studio is small, only 1 room and probably fits up to 12 people at a time. It's clean with aircon and all supplies are provided. There is a space to keep your belongings and it looks as though there is a cafe/shop attached though I haven't had a chance to check it out as I have only attended at night. They hold classes 7 days a week which is unusual though very good for me and the online booking system is easy to use - no need to worry about cash money on the day! I've only given 4 stars and not 5 because I think there could be room for improvement but would highly recommend this place.

The teachers here vary a bit so my recommendation is to go to a class with Natalie. Her Tuesday evening class is one of the best yoga's ever. She knows her stuff and lets you in on what is happening every step of the way. There's nothing worse than an inattentive instructor! She has sense of humour too, so it's not all daunting, back braking twists. She brightens the room up and you feel like you have done exactly what your body has been begging for. Get there a little early as this class can fill up quick. I went to a Pilates class here and left not that impressed. It may have been someone filling in, it may have just been a bad day for the teacher but I certainly wasn't paid attention to in this class. At $20 a class, you want to feel like it's worth it, and unlike the Yoga, Pilates disappoints. For the more relaxing class, the Thursday evening with Natalie again is just dreamy. In my quest I decided to give Power Yoga a go. My friend swears by it and since starting she has got herself a killer body so I thought I'd give it a go. I turned up to the 9:30AM Saturday 'Power Basics' class and couldn't believe the amount of people teaming into the small room! People were lining up their mats inches from each other and to my horror the only space left was at the front of the class. The room is heated to 30C so you do break a sweat before you start. The idea of Power Yoga is that the moves are not a separate series of moves but they flow together. What this actually means is that there is no breaks in between poses!! It requires a lot of mental and physical strength to get through a class. I won't be rushing back but it is worth a try.
